I know. But his promise was very clear. A guaranteed surgery with 98% survival rate. And a thi scar almost invisible with short hair. I know that i go scammed but many other patients have similar cases with Bisanga. When is this going to end?

I see. It’s going to end when you and the other patients who were unsatisfied with their bad results and bad fut scars with dr Bisanga share their experiences on forums like this.

So people will learn about these cases and avoid the same mistakes…

All the pictures are "after" pictures. There is barely any improvement. The whole surgery was a disaster. As for the scar: Bisanga is still offering FUT today knowing that his scars often end up wide and very long. Here is another person who had a FUT with Bisanga in 2018

    Screenshot_20230326-131104_Chrome.jpg

I saw a few hairs on top and I thought these pictures were the before but you are saying that all the photos were the result ?. The yield of grafts was very low then..I feel sorry for that…

I would never do FUT if I were you cause of these wide scars into the donor. You shouldn’t have done this..

  3. The front has a little improvement than before but still low density..but the crown is same as before…isn’t it ? I can’t see any difference with the 1200 grafts on crown

the FUT scar doesn’t look good. It’s too wide and far too visible…you can’t keep your donor short hair with this wide fut scar

do you have photos with longer hair on top ?

Well I’m taking oral Dutasteride daily so hoping if was to start creatine it wouldn’t affect me?

If you are willing to take oral dutasterude which is very strong DHT blocker you will be ok with creatine..yeah. But if you’re not taking dht blockers  and you have hair loss don’t even try creatine

  5. I have seen some articles saying that creatine could accelerate hair loss for people who suffer from hair loss..but it would not affect people without hair loss problem. So it’s better not to take it if you are suffering from hair loss

You are right, at this point I agree with Melvin when he suggests to @SoSozthat if he doesn’t trust of the surgeon, it is better not to go with him, also because, at a certain point, Yaman stopped answering him (and this is not synonymous with seriousness), so it's best to leave Yaman alone.

I have seen other cases with dr yaman where the patients wanted to do 2 separate procedures with 3k grafts each one with 1 year space between them. And dr yaman said that’s fine and followed this plan. So he is negotiable depending on what a patient feels more comfortable with.
I can’t understand why he would not accept that on that case, while he accepted that on other cases on this forum. For example To separate into 2 different procedures would be even better for the surgeon as he will get paid 2 times!

Of course I've seen Dr. Pittella's cases on this forum, and I also think he's a great doctor, but here, the subject of discussion is Yaman and manual technique.  Haven't you read it?

I think that The subject of discussion here is for the higher number of grafts not the method of extraction. Yaman also uses motorised punch.

And I said dr pittella, who is considered a great doctor would suggest even more than 5-6 k grafts, if you see his cases on this forum, in which he usually suggests very high numbers of grafts. So what I want to say is that The fact that a doctor may suggest a higher number of grafts it depends on the doctor and on each particular case and it doesn’t mean that he is not good imo…

However, it seems to me that Dr. Pittella does not use the manual technique but motorized if I'm not mistaken.

I know that dr Felipe Pittella  is using motorised punch. But he usually suggests very high number of grafts and he is able to extract very large number of grafts like 6000-7000 grafts in just one day and about 10000 grafts in 2 days with motorised punch. Haven’t you seen that on his forum cases ??

That’s why his results are really good because he implants high densities in each area.

  9. Yaman doesn’t suggest 5-6 grafts if they are not needed. He suggest around 2500-3000 for small Norwoods.

Dr Felipe Pittella in Brazil who is also considered a good surgeon usually suggests much higher number of grafts than dr yaman…I have seen dr pittella doing 6-7 k grafts in one day and 10-11k grafts in 2 just 2 days. So it depends on the surgeon..

Anyway he is negotiable and many of his patients separated their procedures and did max 3-3.5 k grafts for half head despite the were higher Norwood

Dr Yaman is an ethical surgeon who cares about his patients and his results are great and natural. He is able to give good coverage to higher nowrwoods with just one procedure, which is really important.
Anyone could search for his results on this forum.

  10. Firstly 6 months is too early to judge, final result is on 12 months.
Secondly you should let your hair to grow. You can’t evaluate a hair transplant with so short hair.

in addition you had a huge area to cover and the implanted density was average with only 4000 grafts, as it is shown on the post op photos.
So you can’t expect miracles but just a little improvement for before. 4000 grafts for this area are not enough. For a good coverage you would need another 4000-5000 grafts

Attached are some pics so you can see a little of the waviness.  It’s the end of day and hair is a mess, but hopefully you can see.  It’s very wavy when wet after morning shower.

That’s an amazing result and massive transformation. HLC is a top notch clinic !

First of all TNX for your detailed comment I really appreciate it .

Till now I mostly based on recomandition and results that Ive seen In my country and mainly in turkey, I will state some of the suggestion that I get from the doctors.

Dr serkan aygin(turkey)- two transplant first one for the forehead and mid with 4400 grafts and one more after one half year for the mid ,It was worth to mention that serkan actually don't take part in the surgeon but its technicians ,even though I heard a lot of people that go to do in his clinic, dhi method.

Dr levenet acar(turkey)-one mega session ,5000 grafts day after day , as well base on technicians, his clinic state that he is one of the most popular on the world and it's seems that he developed state of the are techniques for transplant ( dhi that envolve micro sphere) .

Dr ilker apayden(turkey)- 3600 grafts ,2000 front,1000 mid 600 crown ,fue method ,Dr ilker done the opening of the chanels by him self, one of the most popular in my country , but actually his representative in my country said to me not to expect to great result even after 2 preseadure .

Dr arslan musbach(turkey)-3500 grafts ,the extraction and the open of canales done by arsaln himself, fue method .

Dhi global group ( Greece) - several doctors that are establish center over the world (as they say at least) ,and as the name state do theire operation with dhi,get a suggestion for 2 day operation, mega session,3600-4000 grafts ,say that I will get full cover(strange for me according the number but ok).

    LHR clinc(Lisbon)-4000 grafts.

Dr yaman(turkey)- doesn't have representative in my country- get two option for one day till 4000 or two day mega session with 6000,I saw it is part that of IHARS association which only few get in.

Dr mars ( Cyprus)- start with 4000 grafts first operation 3000 on front and 1000 on mid without crown for the first, saw he is really considered doctor.

Also think to try to talk with hlc and asmed clinc( koray ardogan) which seems that he has pretty good results for advanced Norwood situations ,but he is not really affordable.

I really have douts about two things ,

First I heard about the affects of shock less when too much grafts are harvested and ,but I see results of doctors that seems good (acar,Zara(even though they don't the same level)) so I don't sure what to think about it ,does it is better for me two divide for 2,3 operations or i can take into consider the option of mega session.

Second ,i get a consultant from some doctor the foucs at the first on the mid and front but my real problem is the crown and I afraid if I  do only on the frontal area it will emphasis the differences between the mid and front, and other doctor recommended to me to do the operation more homogamous (like ilker) ,not sure what the best way to go with.

I would love to hear about your opinions,

    Best regards

You have a huge area to cover so you need a lot of grafts.
Doctors that could give you a good result at a Decent price between 1.0-1.5 euro/graft would be dr yaman dr Gur, dr turan and dr demirsoy.
You could send them an email and see what they suggest to you. Good luck!

    Hi,

I have been researching doctors outside Turkey and the UK.

I have had a consultation with Dr Yaman and Dr Gur regarding my NW3 and thinning crown - I’m impressed by both but not too sure about Dr Yaman’s hairline work? In particular why he doesn’t include a “wiggled” line on the front hairline but Gur does, any ideas?

I also had a consultation with Dr Mittal in London/Manchester - impressive but it’s out of my price range and time line.

I have been looking at other options, can’t seem to find much on them but what are the opinions on these?

Kosmed Klinik: Madiha Mahmoud and Elham Hakhamaneshi  - Hamburg

Clinica LHR: Dr Augusto Guerrerio - Lisbon

Skin and HairDr. Theocharis - Greece

    Insalaco clinic: Dr Insalaco Italy

    Thank you.

Dr Gur and dr yaman are much better options than the rest doctors you mentioned who are unknown with not any result published online.

Thank you for the prompt response. Do you think after the second transplant, there will be enough donor left for my crown?

With the manual implantation, will that damage the existing grafts on top? They no longer look like the 2500 grafts I had back in 2014. It wasn’t the result I had hoped for previously. Been silently thinking and reading multiple reviews on this forum for years, Dr Yaman is someone I narrowed it down to based on circumstances, results and this forums recommendation.

I am really hopefully that I get the density I required with a natural looking hairline and temples. Currently, it’s so noticeable that I had a transplant and it’s spaced out with no density.

The doctor will examine your donor in person. I’m sure he will do the best. You could discuss the whole plan with the doctor, for example to ask him how many grafts you could put in the crown next year.. You have low density on the top so you don’t have to worry about shock loss or damage on your existing hairs on top.

  15. First of all you have a huge area to cover. 4000 grafts it’s a good start but u also need to do a second hair transplant with the remaining donor since you need 7-8 k grafts in total for the whole scalp area.

I think dr yaman’s plan is very good for a 2 day surgery with manual extraction so your donor will be handled carefully with 3k grafts from scalp donor and 1k grafts with beard grafts. You could also consider dr Gur or even dr demirsoy too. Good luck 🤞

I'm glad to hear that you liked it! Thank you.

I discovered this clinic through a recommendation by JT.

I chose them because the full procedures are performed only by the doctor, which gave me the confidence to go through with it after years of postponing. Additionally, doctors who work in the clinic  background is impressive, they have experience working in Glasgow.
I wanted my procedure done with direct implant, and they are specific too.

The total cost of the procedure was 3600 euros, which included hotel accommodation and transportation.

    I hope that helps.

Ok thanks for the information. The price of 3600 euros is really good for a doctor doing all the procedure by himself. I will be following your journey.
