I don’t think is safe and good choice to take a loan for a cosmetic procedure. If you take an average salary you might not be able to pay the debt in the future so it’s too risky. Try to find a good surgeon that fits your budget or don’t do anything.

With 4200 grafts in such huge area you can’t expect miracles and good coverage as you are a Norwood 7 patient. And you need 9000-10000 grafts for good coverage. 
I think your result with dr yaman is progressing ok at the moment and it will be also improved in the next months till the 12 month mark.

In Turkey around your budget you could consider dr yaman, dr turan, dr Gur and dr demirsoy. They are all great options at an affordable price.

Yes! I chose the vip package which was 3000 euros to cover for 2000 grafts and any addition grafts after that was 1.5 euros each. Dr Gur did both the extractions and incisions. Since it was my second hair transplant I did not want to take a chance of getting over harvested.

I see. You would be ok with the normal package too. Dr Gur has a very good tech doing extractions.

Yes, they told me that it is my fault that i did not take finasteride. 

I feel pretty sad about this operation. Thank you guys for your comments.  I was thinking to take couple months finasteride, then stop before our plans, and take it again. Do u think it make sense with some break between?

Good one. The crown still needs improvement though. How many grafts were implanted on each area in total (frontal third, midscalp and crown) ? Only 1399 were implanted on the crown of the total 7900 grafts ?
