One month post op is too early to judge. Most probably is shock loss which come back after 6-7 months. So just be patient.

I don’t know if it’s poor donor management or shock loss.  Why on the first procedure the donor management was perfect and on the second one not good? Why in all other cases of HLC the donor management is good ? 
have u seen the other results of HLC to see that they do great donor management in most cases ? 

also if he doesn’t have enough donor how can they implant more than 150 for repair ? HLC also asked him if he wants money refund instead of this small repair. His recipient area is also much better than before.

As I read on this thread the clinic offered repair with some grafts from the limited donor or money refund. It’s the most the clinic can do after this. 
I can’t explain why his donor looked good after first procedure with HLC and after the second one didn’t look good. Maybe it can be shock loss, if the grafts were not extracted in close distances. 
as I said before every clinic has some not good cases. Hlc offered repair or money refund to the patient too. It can’t do anything more.
In general I have seen great donor management to the most patients of HLC. 
 

Pekiner is also top notch too, and he was working in HLC before he opened his own clinic. 
 

HLC is one of the few clinics in which all work is done by doctor (extractions, implantation).  Most results from HLC are top notch. Every clinic has some not good cases especially with patients with limited donor. 

I would go with HLC which is top notch clinic. Pekiner is also top notch, but if he was longer waiting list I would select HLC without doubt. 

Looking great mate. Donor has healed up nicely for 7000 grafts extraction.

Dr Gur is really good in designing natural hairlines. He doesn’t design straight hairlines which might look a bit unnatural. He also implants the grafts with natural angles. So overall a good option.

I disagree. I have seen great results from @Dr Resul Yaman and he does good donor management.
Dr yaman has also evolved his technique by using manual extraction in a 2 day session. 

 

I think around your budget you could consider dr yaman, dr Gur, dr turan and dr demirsoy. They are all located in Turkey and charge about 1+ €/graft.

Also they are ethical surgeons doing a few patients per day and give consistent good results. So just send an email to these surgeons and select the one you like most. 

All 4 doctors are great options and you will be in safe hands with them. You seem to have good donor. Dr yaman is a great doctor for higher Norwoods. He is able to cover large areas in one session and he is ethical doctor and he cares about his patients.  
you don’t have to worry for any depletion of donor.

All 4 doctors are good options. Personally I would select either one between turan, Gur, and yaman since I have seen more great patient results from them.

It’s too early now. Just be patient 8 more months and you will be fully satisfied with your result  ! 

The design looks perfect. There’s no problem that you did not cover the crown too. You could do it next year with a possible touch up in the front if needed. You are also young and you should wait to see your hair loss progress over this year.

Also the price of 3000€ for 3200 grafts is a great value for money for a great surgeon like dr Gur. I think this price is affordable , reasonable and it’s not overpriced like we see in other clinics…

I think it looks pretty good for 7 months. The density is good and it will improved the next months. Remember Hair transplant is an illusion of density you can never expect natural hair density with hair transplant.
