    HLC is a good clinic, and one of the few clinics where the hair transplant is mostly done by doctor. Pekiner also does most parts of the procedure by himself.

    You already had patches in your donor area before the surgery. But they were been hidden with long hair. I think your donor was quite problematic before the surgery which might be the cause for the progress so far

    We can’t judge for hair thickness without measurements. To say if someone has thick medium or fine hair we have to measure the donor hair caliber. I can’t see any measurement about hair thickness and they don’t even mention that he has fine hairs. So that’s your opinion based on an assumption which might be wrong. In general Even if someone has fine hair, the surgeon plan to implant more grafts in order to give good coverage with one procedure. That’s why they do measurements before the procedure to do the best plan for good coverage. He could easily do it in one sitting as his area was quite small.

    Eugenix pittella and Zarev are very expensive and you need to use all of your donor plus beard grafts. Dr Yaman who’s is budget option is also good for your case and he is good in giving good coverage to higher Norwood cases like you.

    Why did you do a hair transplant ? There’s no point for a hair transplant if you completely shave your recipient area. You should do SMP not hair transplant. We can’t judge your result either and can’t say anything with a shaved head.

    Dr yaman is a great and safe option to select. You have a huge area to cover so you need max grafts for better coverage. If you have more budget then you could select the 2 days-procedure of dr yaman with manual punch, but with the motorised one you would be fine too.. Wait also for dr Gur’S response who is a great doctor too.
