    3 weeks is too early. It’s shock loss which can always happen to donor after surgery. Donor will be fine after 6-7 months. So just be patient 🙏🏻

    Why don’t u search on the HLC threads on this forum ? You just type HLC on the search bar. in general hlc is a good clinic where doctors do the whole procedure and they implant high densities and they are doing good donor management using manual punch.

    Turkey has many great options depending on your budget. Within your budget you could consider Dr yaman, dr Gur, dr turan, and dr demirsoy. These are all great and safe options where the doctors perform all the surgeries.They are all located in Istanbul. you can search their names in the search bar.

    Stop minoxidil one week before and begin again 10 days after the procedure. You should also take finasteride and vitamins for hairs ( biotin etc )

    To be honest your result with Asmed looks pretty good man. Remember hair transplants are an illusion of density and you will never achieve native hair’s very high density. You can always do a touch up to add some density but that’s doesn’t mean that your first surgery wasn’t successful.

    Within your budget you could consider great doctors in Turkey such as yaman, Gur, turan, demirsoy…you would be in safe hands with them and they charge between 1-1.5 €/graft
