Well you are something between Norwood 6 and Norwood 7. Your situation is a bit difficult since your recipient area is huge, probably crown will not be able to be done, so you would have to leave some areas without grafts if you want better coverage in frontal third and midscalp. You should tell dr yaman to cover as much as possible staring from front without lowering your hairline. You definitely need to use beard grafts.

HLC is a top clinic and you would feel safe in their hands. Other wise you could consider Pekiner which is one of the best doctors for hairline. Ferreira, Freitas, Pinto, ximenavila, couto are also top surgeons in Europe.

I mean they do the most critical parts like implantation and extraction of grafts. For example Pekiner does implantation of grafts with sharp implanter and he also does extraction of grafts. Of course techs still are involved in other parts to help them to separate grafts, to collect them after punching, to count them to refill the implanter pen etc…

This price means that dr bisanga does not want to do it and he is not able to do it alone. So he just said you an insane price so he is sure that you will refuse it. Hair transplant is a team effort where techs play a big role in the procedure. So just select the normal package where the techs do some parts of the procedure. Remember that in most cases a hair transplant is done by both doctors and techs. A few doctors do the hair transient alone. there are still other options with doctors doing the procedure by themselves. Dr Pekiner does the whole procedure by himself with 2.7 euro/graft and he is top quality. Dr keser also does the whole procedure by himself for 3-3.5 euro…in HLC clinic doctor does the whole procedure by himself with 2.5€. Dr Gur’S vip package where sr Gur does most the procedure alone is at 1.5€/graft. So many choices…

I would avoid Lorenzo especially for the price he charges. Eugenix is definitely the answer to your question and the clinic you should select between these 2. Zarev is top quality doctor, he does everything by himself so no time for social media etc…and it doesn’t mean he is less good doctor because he does not do good marketing on social media. Doctors who are the best in their work do not need marketing to get clients, while other who are less skilled they need to be promoted a lot to get more patients.

I think the choice is yours about the one doctor that you will select, since all of them are great surgeons in Turkey at a normal and similar price. You are totally in safe hands with the doctors you mentioned and you will be satisfied with your final result. So good luck with your choice and make a presentation when you will do your surgery 👍
