I just report my experience sorry for that I do not want to scare you. I always recommend to people to try fina to see if they get sides but few people get sides after some time using it and even after stop it, when they try again, sides are present very quickly. It is my own experience and the one of some other reports I saw in different discussion boards and on reddit. But it is not the majority of course.

Well cosmerna will give you better result in that case.

Yes less decrease of dht but for me topical dut xyon give me same sides than topical fina trichosol

Some peoples react more than other, I had too have sides after only one application of duta xyon topical, same that the ones I get with fina You could look at CosmeRNA instead which is equivalent to finasteride oral but without sides

Got sides on fin first week big brain fog but wich disappear rapidly and after that penis hurt with prostatis about 4-5 months later wich silently become more intense. After using Xyon duta I got some penis hurt like prostatis about few hours after application. After some days it is better but still not perfect... I have tried 1% 1ml I will perhaps try again with 0.5 ml but as Xyon used 2% every day I don't know this tiny dosage could be effective... Some say it is psychological but I am sure it is not because I used another topical product wich is more natural and was very scare and anxious about getting sides with it and I got nothing with it. And when I tried Xyon I was very very confident.. My skin is atopic wich mean it is more permeable than other people. It is genetic. Perhaps all the problems I got with topical fin / dut is due to that.

Yes I hope CosmeRNA will be release in April ! But I am a little disappointed I really would have liked to add the topical Xyon Dutasteride. I think CosmeRNA plus duta topical plus minox oral will be the better regimen we have ever seen !

Yes unfortunately it seems the case... I got sides with fina topical even at only 0.025% 3x a week all was ok for 4 months but after 4 months bad sides happen. After stopping 2 week it is better but just after takin topical duta xyon I again got bad sides. Now it is better 5 days after ... I will try CosmeRNA Xyon only test the gel on 10 people so it is very little study to know about sides

Perhaps you could try topical duta instead of fina....

I think it is because of that problem that all the research paper I saw about using topical dutasteride are used with microneedle...

For one case, the man took only one pill and got severe sides : Post-Finasteride Syndrome: About 2 Cases and Review of the Literature It happen to me about 4-5 months after using topical finasteride at 0.025% 3x/week. After stopping, as I said before, the effects gone in about 2 week. I had never heard of this side effect before that happen to me so it cannot be psychological. Perhaps I am now very senstive to fina so even a minimal dose give me the side effect. Otherwise maybe it's because I have atopic skin and maybe I can't stand the gel but with other products (minoxidil and hair lotion) it doesn't have this effect on me...

Just try 1% 1ml last wednestday and got same side effect as when I was with topical fina 0.01% (penis pain like if there were vascularization problems, feeling of numbness in the penis) after couple of hour following the application. The side past 2 day later. Since stopping topical finasteride I no longer had this unpleasant and sometimes painful effect. I will perhaps try again next wednestday to see if it happen again. But I will probably not be able to use it every day... And I do not know if it is dangerous for me to get this side effect recurrently even if it lasts 2 days. I will try to talk about it with an endocrinologist. All the urologist I have seen have told me the only side with fina can be less libido... They are not very competent because many people describe the same side effects as me. I hope endocrinologist will be more competent ! I'm a little sad because I have a feeling that I won't be able to stand this topical gel either...

In my opinion Xyon is the best because the safest one.

Well I don't know... I experienced bad sides with topical fina at 3x/week 0.025% at 4 months. All was right before but at 4 months I got penil hurt + prostatis symptoms... So I decided to stop it and it is much better now (not completly perfect - stopped from 3 week now). I would like to try the Xyon Dutasteride wich reduce only DHT by 12% but before ... I will use CosmeRNA (made in Korea with Bioneer SAMiRNA technology) wich will be available soon (in April) and wich have no side effect, and with efficacy almost the same as fina. It disable the androgen receptor in the folicule by modifing the RNA (same technology used for the RNA vaccin for COVID). You only have to use it 1x / week (perhaps less because lastest study shown than caucasian have better result that asiat so they will perhaps decrease the dosage): Removed I think that with my minoxidil 1mg/day it will be good and if I am very courageous (or stupid) I will try Xyon duta 1% 1x/week. Xyon recommend to use 2% every day and with the concentration in serum meseared by Xyon in there papers with the Xyon gel, normally it will be ouside the body at same speed as fina. With another topical vehicule I don't know, it depend of the amount of duat wich will go systemic... I added replenology complement too (nutriment + supplement) : Removed But I will NEVER try another topical DUTA with other vehicule than the Xyon one...

Topical fina at 0.01/day give me a prostatis after 4 months - this is horrible , shrinking penil that hurt, less blood irrigation, balanitis, ...

Does trichosol level up systemic effect ?

No need to go over 1mg a day, lastest research show 1mg is enought. Scientists even say that it could be decrease below 1mg !
