Thanks you @Paros for the link, There are a lot of microRNA wich promote hairgrow and are found in exosomes extracted from derma papilla cells or MSC cells. Some enchance the Wnt canonical pathway like the miR-218-5p the sudy you mention is talking about. Some have impact on other signaling pathway. Wnt canonical signaling pathway (also called Wnt/beta-catenin pathway) is one of the major problem in balding because bald people have a deficient Wnt pathway : beta-cetenin is not accumulated in the cell nucleus because of DKK1 accumulation on balding scalp (by the way this accumulation is also correlated with DHT !). Without the beta-catenin accumulated in cell nucleus, some gene for promoting hair grow by proliferaiton of stem cells from derma papilla during telogen phase are not transcripted. So hairs rest in telogen and go not in anagen phase... Some micro-RNA can induce a decrease of DKK1 and so induce a better Wnt-canonical pathway. There are even some exosomes on derma papilla cells or MSC wich have negative impact on hair grow... but it's all very complicated and it's certainly the whole thing that counts! Anyway, I hope exosome treatment will work as I am currently trying it 🙂

lol Before doing my FUT I saw Doctor Mousseigne and I used his pre-op photos because they are of better quality. Is it forbidden to see other doctors before having surgery perhaps? Mousseigne offered me an FUE with shaving and I preferred to do an FUT without shaving! No because I started {cosmeRNA + Fluridil} about 1 year after my HT so all my grafts was already matured 🙂 and I take care to show pics for comparaison only from after starting my treatment. By the way go look here you will see I talked about my HT 🙂 Before that I have tested topical fina and topical dutasteride from parati, you can find my post about this. I never used pics from this period to show anything about cosmeRNA 🙂 Don't think I didn't pay attention to this, I'm an honest person don't believe the rumors! And then when I say that {Fluridil CosmeRNA} stopped my hairloss, that is completely independent of the transplant because even after my transplant I had my natives who continued to fall...

Hi, Look at this study which focuses on two age groups 18-41 years and 41-60 years (the paper is not freely accessible but you can have it on libgen): Global photographic assessment of men aged 18 to 60 years with male pattern hair loss receiving finasteride 1 mg or placebo You will see that in the 18-41 year old age group finasteride allows regrowth in some in all areas while in 41-60 year olds regrowth only exists on the anterior area/mild scalp but in very small amounts proportion. Basically after 41 years no chance of having regrowth. Among young people, for 18-40 year olds, a study on Japanese people shows 62% maintenance, 34% almost invisible regrowth (they exist but visually the effect is zero) and about 10% with moderatly visible regrowth (average between investigator and photographic assessment) and 1,5% of greatly increase of visible regrow (on average) on the top of the skull: Finasteride in the treatment of Japanese men with male pattern hair loss So if hyper responders are considered as greatly regrow, I would say percentage is about 1,5%. By the way, finasteride is as effective in 18-41 age groups as in 41-60 age group to maintain hair. We can clearly see that finasteride is very effective in maintaining hair... but only around 10% of 18-40 yo users will have moderatly visible regrow and around 1,5% greatly regow... After 40 years, finasteride only serves to maintain the hair and there will be no regrowth anywhere (just a little perhaps on the mild scalp). DHT is only one part of the MPBD problem. According to my readings, another major problem with balding people is the Wnt canonical pathway which do not work correctly. But there are also others problems on other pathway like the BMP or TNF one, also vitamin D, grow factor deficiency ... For example, DHT destroy slowly the external outer shear of the hair and the altered wnt canonical pathway tend to stop hair folicule to transit from telogen to anagen phase, like deficiency of grow factor, because they negatively impact cell proliferation for the reconstruction of hair folicule between telogen and and anagen phase... it's why I hope adding exosome to AR will help me

Imo dont expect to get visible regrow with CosmeRNA as efficacy is less than Finasteride and less than 10% fin users got visible regrow As I already said I use Fluridil with CosmeRNA since 6,5 months now and I am happy because I have no hairloss anymore. I dont know if the little hairs I got will go to terminal or not but ... ... Hi, I am currently using {CosmeRNA + Fluridil} (and topical minox) since 6 months now and no hair loss anymore, not even in autumn... So I'm pretty happy with the result so far.. I think I even have a little hair growing but I don't know if they will become terminal or stay brittle... So I'm starting ASCE+ HRLV exosomes (from ExoCoBio) as a supplement in order to have more density. I have seen videos of experiments carried out by a dermatologist who gives worldwide conferences on hair loss and who has good results with the combo {Anti-AR + Minox + Exosomes}, better than the {Anti-AR + Minox + PRP} combo and even better than simple {Anti-AR + Minox}. He used Dutasteride + Minoxil for Anti-AR but I personnaly use {CosmeRNA+Fluridi+ Minox} instead... ASCE+ HRLV seems to be widely used in clinical so I think it is a good quality exosomes (exosomes like haneel hair are more cheaper but imo quality is not the same !)
