  1. Yes certainly... but at least we are now certain that we must order gel fina 2.5% or duta 2% from parati... and not the standard 0.01 or 0.025 ... 🙂
  2. @BurnieBurns yes ... but surprise ! I finally managed to get my hands on the research paper from the University of Milan which developed the gel that the Parati pharmacy sells. By comparing the formulations given in the Xyon research paper and what was written on the box of the Parati bottle I concluded that it was the same gel... But I still had a little doubt because nothing official... But now I am 100% sure it is indeed the same silicone liposomal gel like Xyon: In comparison, here is the data from Xyon research paper : All data are the same, I had some doubts but at least now I am reassured: you really have to order 2.5% gel from Parati too for finasteride and 2% for dutasteride if you want equivalent of Xyon ! I even think that Xyon and the University of Milan worked together because the data is identical and they are the same tables and the same curves! I have uploaded ther paper here : https://suiviexo.000webhostapp.com/Studio_Universit__Finasteride_2_5_Gel.pdf For information dutasteride gel 1% from parati is about 40EUR for 30g bottle without shipping cost, they also do 100g but I dont know the price I will ask them.
  3. I apologize but I am opening another new thread because the previous one was polluted... if this one resists attacks, I will not open others 🙂 (see previous thread at 1 month) (You can go here to look at research I've done on Exosomes) A few words about my story: my transplant and my drug treatments Following my 6500 FUT hair transplant without shaving (which is equivalent in term of hairs to a 3000 FUE grafts - my choice fell on FUT because it is this type of graft that makes it possible to maximize the grafts and to have the most dense and solid grafts and especially the doctor could do it for me without shaving!) more than a year ago made by Paul Benet (see here the photos with the nickname EricLaurent - my special transplant account), I am interested in treatments to fight against the progression of my baldness. As I still had some primitive losses following my transplant (a transplant does not stop alopecia from evolving!) , I started by taking 0.025% finasteride topically, 3 times a week (in addition to the 5% minoxidil that I have been taking for several decades). This allowed me to stop my fall but I had to stop the treatment due to the appearance of side effects: testicular pain, prostate pain, frequent urination... So I then tested several drugs topically, including dutasteride based on a siliconized liposomal gel such as Xyon, which I bought at the Parati pharmacy (the constitution of Parati gel is the same as that of Xyon). Since this formulation was normally supposed to not penetrate the bloodstream but only into the follicles, I was quite confident... but unfortunately, again, I had side effects quite quickly and had to stop my treatment. So I then started a topical treatment {Fluridil + CosmRNA} in June 2023, about 1 year after my transplant (8 months as of the day I am writing these lines) to fight against the action of DHT, and of course while still being on 5% topical minoxidil. This treatment stopped my hair loss and I no longer have any primitives that fall in the shower anymore! It is extremely positive! In addition, It seems that since taking {CosmRNA + Fluridil} small hairs are starting to appear (see my post here and here and here) ... So now I hope to fortify them with ASCE+ HRLV exosomes from ExocoBio. So I'm going into exosomes hoping to gain a bit more density. I no longer have hair that falls out and so it seems that my baldness has stabilized at the moment with my treatment. Photos of progression under exosomes == 4 injections (2 months progress) == I specify that I am trying to take photos under identical conditions but it is very difficult so I cannot certify the accuracy of the shots... in particular, I can't be sure that the hair is always wet the same way in every shot... but I try to make sure that is the case! For the photos above, I have to leave my hair a bit wet otherwise you can't see through. So I take two types of photos: Just after applying the exosomes: the hair is soaked by the product The next day, after the shampoo: towel-dried hair but still wet Top view, just after exosome treatment and the day of hair cut : View from above, after the shampoo and towel-dried but still wet hair the next day : Wait & see !
  4. Cool ! I hope Xyon will arrive in Europe soon...
  5. Price for parati is about 50eur for 30ml 1% dutasteride but you have to add shipping cost total is about 90eur for 30g including shipping cost. They can also sell 100g and I think price is cheaper (for example 30g fina 0.01% was 18eur last year but 100g was only 36eur)
  6. @just_me I will send you by private message the documents Thomas give me as I don't know if it's authorized to publish it on the net... (It is labeled as a document for internal staff ) But I got only the french version ...
  7. I just saw it on Amazon: terminal count : 7,5 But here : https://doi.org/10.1001/jamadermatol.2021.5743 See supplement here For finasteride its +40 terminal hairs (and +16 total hair) at 48 weeks and +30 terminal and +11 at 24 weeks ... I am finally wondering if my combo {fluridil+cosmeRNA} is working because mainly of fluridil and not CosmeRNA... with these data Cosmerna is 18% as effective of finasteride... Or there is a mistake in the data ... Or there is a mistake on the Amazon advertising and it's not terminal but total hairs lol... ====================================================================== EDIT : It seems they made a mistake on Amazon and it's +7.5 total hair, no terminal hair, and it's +7.5 from the baseline (it's indicated in the research paper). EDIT2 : For finasteride total hair is +16 compared to placebo at 48 weeks => So CosmeRNA study show +7.5 hair compared baseline and Finasteride is +16 but compared to placebo ... but we do not know how has evolved the placebo group under finasteride (perhaps placebo group loss 10 hairs at +48 weeks and so total hair compared to baseline is not +16 but only +6... Another problem is that if it's really +7.5 total hair compared to baseline, we don't know the amount of additional terminal hair count for CosmeRNA, so perhaps all the 7.5 new hairs are just vellus hairs (bad).... or all the 7.5 new hairs are terminal (great) ... nobody know...
  8. @12345 It seems copper peptide is often found on product you can inject in mesotherapy to scalp. For example peptide copper is part of component you can found in the exosomes I just start to use since 1,5 months but I think you can find it on other injection product like injectable vitamins :
  9. Thanks Melvin for your help. This person has psychological problems and has been harassing me for several months. I have already explained what happened on my blog and on this forum. I was forced to write a blog because this person is polluting the messages I post. On the French forum, this person harasses and insults everyone who uses CosmeRNA and who says good things about it (yet they just say that their hair loss has stopped and that they are happy, they don't even say that they have regrowth...). Same things when I talk about exosomes, he insult and harasse me saying I am trying to force people to buy it to make money. He also creates fake accounts to pretend to be me on the French forum and make everyone believe that I'm trying to manipulate people to sell them drugs etc... The administrator of the French forum never comes and is not too aware of what is happening there and so he managed to manipulate him by making him believe that I sell medicines and that I force people to do DNA tests, buy CosmeRNA or Fluridil or gel from the Parati pharmacy or Xyon, that my photos are stolen and come from other forums, etc ... He even posted fake messages with my photos on Reddit to discredit me. He also creates fake accounts to pretend to be me on the French forum and make everyone believe that I'm trying to manipulate people to sell them drugs, make them believe that I'm saying bad things about others, etc. My only mistake was to use two accounts: one to talk about my hair transplant and another to talk about my medications. I did this because the doctor I saw to do my transplant is very controversial in the French forum because he does FUT and on the French forum, as soon as you mention his name and the FUT method, everyone makes fun of you. ...But being harassed and denigrated to this extent for this is over the top and I don't deserve this. His method is well-established: he harasses me on the forum and makes sure to get me banned so that I can't defend myself. I am therefore forced to create a new account to be able to reestablish the truth about myself, and he uses this excuse to make it appear that I am deliberately creating new accounts to sell medicines. But I am someone who values his honor very much and I will always defend my honor, even if I am obliged to recreate accounts to express myself because I am not given the opportunity to do so. I have never instigated problems or insulted anyone. I just tried to defend my honor. And now he is doing same thing for the needles : I just wanted to warn people to buy the right needles with the right syringes if they buy them in a pack because I made the mistake of taking a pack with the wrong needles which are too short... on the contrary it's is to prevent people from wasting their money! but once again this is an example of his manipulations: he tries to make everyone believe by distorting everything I say to make them believe that I want to make money off their backs... Thanks again Melvin for your help ! I hope he will no longer pollute my messages by telling and inventing new lies about me again and again...
  10. @maistro please stay in touch with us to know if you get sides with mésothérapy dutasteride .... Because if you don't I think I will add it later to my exosomes mesotherapy;) thanks 👍
  11. As this is a siliconed liposomal gel, same as Xyon, then use same percentage as Xyon : if finasteride use 2,5% (or little less, 1,5%) and if dutasteride use 2% (or little less, 1%).
  12. Hello everybody, It's been a while since I've been here but I would like to ask you some advice. To make it quick, I used topical finasteride 0.025% 3x/week last year but I had significant side effects after about 4 months and I had to stop. I then switched to other less powerful ARs (Fluridil + CosmeRNA) and I started recently exosomes to consolidate all of this. But the cost is far from negligible and so now that I'm better I would like to try the 1% xyon dutasteride gel to ultimately save a little money (and use it instead of my fluridil or use less fluridil I dont know yet...). Price of fluridil for 1 month is equivalent to the one for topical duta from parati when taking into account shipping cost. But I think I dont need to use duta everyday ... So it could be cheaper.... and I think topical duta is far better than fluridil... But before that, I need to know if I can support it ... ! 😅 Taking into account my past experience and that I will use 1%, how often do you recommend I use it at first? And once established, how often do you apply it ? To begin with it, I am planing to apply it 1x day/Week instead of fluriril for a month and increase it one day each month if all is OK to the point where I will take say 3x/week duta and 4x/week fluridil. Does it seems ok for you ? Thank you so much !
  13. Ok great thanks you very much !
  14. Hi, Do you know the depth they use for the meso with gun ?
  15. Hi, My experience but certainly marginal...: I took topical finastride 0.025% for 4 months and started having symptoms of prostatitis. After several months of medical wandering, more than 7 months, I consulted a hard doctor in Paris in France who does hair transplants (Bruno Mousseigne) and who is a former urologist. He looked at my MRI and told me that I have PFS and that my problems come from the fact that since I originally have a rather small prostate for my age, finasteride has reduced its size and that my problems come from there. He suggested I take steroids but I didn't want to, I preferred to wait for it to pass on its own over time.
  16. I bought fluridil here : https://eucapil-shop.eu/product_info.php?products_id=1&language=en I also have two or three pieces of advice to give you... The exosomes are freeze-dried so that they can be stored for a long time between 3°C and 7°C in the refrigerator without being damaged. Before using them, they must therefore be mixed with 3-5ml of physiological fluid. It is therefore necessary to take 3-5ml of physiological fluid with a syringe using a needle and then transfer it into the bottle of exosomes and then shake to mix well. Then it will be necessary to take these exosomes again from the bottle to inject them with the multi-needles. The thing is that you need a needle long enough to collect them because otherwise the needle will not go to the bottom of the bottle of exosomes. For example, in the photo below, we see the needles that were delivered with my 5ml syringes but they are too small, and I therefore had to buy longer ones (the ones on the right). You have to pay attention to this little detail which can complicate life...!
  17. Ok, fina & duta liposomal gel from parati gives me sides also like other topicals so I switched to Fluridil & cosme. Topical Minox is OK for me (but I go sides even with 0.5mg of oral minox...) I think it's important to have a anti-AR in addition to exosomes because in this video Dr nigo DE FELIPE Y GARATE say he use AR in addition to his exosome therapy : But even if in this video below he says exosomes are very effective without AR, I am sure it will be less beneficial (see at 14min) : Wait and see ! Good luck 🙂
  18. Great I hope it will work for us 🙂 Do you use another AR than finasteride or duta for fighting DHT like Fluridil or other ?
  19. Imo If he has defficency like low vitD its logical supplement can Help
  20. I am injecting by myself with a meso gun and 1mm multineedles. The protocol I follow is explained here : https://suiviexo.000webhostapp.com/index-en.html#ancre3 I think I will go next to 1.5mm because even if it hurt a little for few hours after treatment, I have no redness in my skin... So I hesitate to try 1.5mm next time... but ExoCoBio recommand to go no more than 1mm. I live in France and I bought product in Luxembourg (at an official representative of ExoCobio who make me a good price : 700EUR included taxes for 5 bottles while everywhere it's about 180EUR for 1 bottle...) Protocol is 1x/2-weeks for 5 first bottles and after 1 bottle every 3-months. But I hesitate to do 1 bottle every month after my first 5 bottles, and after that go to 1 bottle every 3 months. It is the protocol used by a clinic is Switzerland (see section on exocobio here : https://www.hairlosscure2020.com/category/exosomes/) : I want to see how things evolve and report back afterwards!
