Already got some of these symptoms (like twisting penis on the right hand side...) with other prostatis symptoms after using topical fina 0,025% for 4 months and trying topical duta after that. More than 6 months now I stopped and I still hurting a little but little less every day... Very very difficult to find doctors who knows what happen... some say its pudendal nerve other say its prostate inflammation other say its balanitis ... Do you still hurt ?

New problem with CosmeRNA :

I don't have any photos that show regrowth so nothing exceptional to show. It's just that I no longer have any hair falling out in the shower or styling... I look forward to the next few months especially October-November when the falls are more important to see if my hair will continue to stabilize...

Hi mustang, Thanks for the experiment! But why do you not take topical duta as it seems you had already very good results with it previously?

Good morning, I continue to use it I did my 5th dose last Wednesday. I'm taking Fluridil alongside (and topical minox which I've been taking for 25 years) and the Fluridil + CosmeRNA + topical minox combo is still working great so far. I don't see any more hair falling out in the shower or styling 🙂 I hope this stabilization will continue, especially next autumn season... On the other hand, no regrowth but given my age (47 years old) I do not expect to have any! I had seen a study (on Asians so maybe it's different for Caucasians) which said that regrowth under fina 1mg only affects 3-4% of 41-60 year olds while they affect about 10% 18-41 year olds. In addition, regrowth is in very specific places on the scalp for 41-60 year olds, whereas it occurs in several places for 18-41 year olds. Otherwise, in terms of side effects, I now always have my erections during the night after applying CosmeRNA... everything is normal. Before I had no erections for 1-2 days after application but now no more problems. When I apply CosmeRNA on Wednesday morning I don't apply anything else for 24 hours and I don't even shower in the evening. I apply it with a pipette 1mg all over my skull and I massage with gloves for a few minutes. I do the same procedure with Fluridil, which I apply every evening around 8 p.m. and leave on overnight. I use a pipette too for minoxidil. Sometimes I have an itchy or burning scalp, but that usually passes. When this does not pass, I skip an application of Fluridil and everything is back to normal (I think that Fluridil attacks the scalp quite a bit because it is very heavy in alcohol...) However, I only had this problem 2-3 times since I started a little less than 3 months ago now. CosmeRNA remains expensive I hope that over time the price will come down. They do, however, give 10% discounts when signing up and offer 15% for subsequent purchases. Better than nothing ! I can't wait for Xyon to set up in Europe because I would like to take stock with one of their dermatologists. For the future if my combo no longer works I would have liked to test topical dutasteride... For the moment I'm really happy with my combo, and once again I really hope that my falls will not resume... On the other hand, I continue to have problems of the prostatic type (pain in the penis, in the scrotum, etc.) and I saw a specialist in the pudental nerve who is going to give me an infiltration next October to check if my problems come from this nerve. I had an MRI and others tests to check my prostate and everything is fine there. These problems appeared after I took topical finasterides 0.025% 3x/week after 4 months last winter. Since I stopped the fina - it's been about 5 months now - it's getting better and better but it's not completely cured yet... Afterwards I don't know if it's the fina or hasard ... Maybe Fluridil and CosmeRNA continue to maintain these symptoms, I'm not sure...

Yes I think too. I cannot take topical minox 2x/day anymore because I cannot apply any based water product with fluridil. So now I take only topical 1x/day at morning and fluridil at night. When I take cosmerna I take nothing else for 24h. I tried to take 0.5mg of oral minox added to the topical but I cannot tolerate oral minox even at a such low dose.

No but even with fina I was not concerned by that.

Hi, I apply it every 2 week but if i was rich enough i would do it every week like in the research paper... You could try cosmeRNA for sure I hope it will stop your hair loss... Concerning sides, I still have small discomforts and prostate-type pain but since I stopped finasteride it's much lighter. I don't think the fact that I take CosmeRNA + Fluridil maintains these pains but I'm not sure either... It's hard to know... I am followed by urologists but things are progressing very very slowly...

imo it is just for advertising - not a great idea to lie but imo CosmeRNA will be a great treatment.

Perhaps ; else you can try shipito but it is risky because they may not send the package because drugs are prohibited.

As xyon dosage is 2% imo you could try 2% or 1%. It works even at 1x/week application for some people so you could perhaps begin with it. Just email them and they will explain how to do.

Dutasteride and finasteride was both from parati but it was the same composition as xyon

Hello, I am 47yo I got a HT last year and got a shock loss but my hair regrowed later. After that I was a lttle hair loss on shower every day (10-15 hairs). So for stabilization, I tried topical finasteride 3x/week 0.025% 1ml with alcool. My hair loss stopped but I got sides 4-5 months later. So I needed to stop it. Then, I tried with trichosol but same thing. Then, I tried with liposomal + sicicone (Xyon gel bought at parati pharmacia) with 2% but same thing. Then I tried Xyon Dutasteride at 1% but same things. I tried also oral minox 1mg/day but got sides (heart and renal problems - saw after a blood test of renal filtration rate wich has diminished). So I stopped oral minox and no problems anymore then (my renal filtration rate is now normal). Now I am on fluridil + cosmerna since 2,5 months (with topical minox 5% at morning too from a while now) and it works great (no hair loss anymore on shower). I got just little side (no morning wood) for few day (1 or 2) after the day of application of CosmeRNA. I take vitamins too + zinc. It seems I am very responsive to sides from topical medication, perhaps because I got a atopic skin.

I used a little MSN in past just after my HT but since my girlfriend told me by taking shark cartilage her hairs are thicker (she take it for strengthen knees for sport) ... I am trying it now ... but as I take topical minox + fluridil + cosmeRNA + vits + zinc I dont know if it works alone...

Yes this is what I have normally, I wake up duroing night and always got erection. But each time I took CosmeRNA I do not have them when I wake up during night.
