  1. Regarding which tests to get, everyone will have slightly different opinions on what to test and what is necessary but here are a few videos regarding blood tests before starting 5ari. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vFS1yEYlvC0 (what Derek recommends in the video https://ibb.co/5Wm85wm ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oa24HrCDGhk https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zh1tepRuTKM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHastOn1NdU&t All depends on your budget to be honest (possibly ask your GP if they are willing to do any of these tests) but I got the Comprehensive TRT Blood Test - Balance My Hormones + a DHT test. That one includes everything in this test (Body Transformation Blood Test from Ultimate Performance & Medichecks) + PSA and Progesterone (the balancemyhormones and medichecks tests both go to the same Lab as far as I know - Eurofins County Pathology) (the Ultimate Performance test is sometimes on offer for £149.99) You can also test Free DHT but I don't think it’s available in the UK (from my research) although it can be manually calculated supposedly. Can test Pregnenolone prior also. Also just to note Derek (first video 3min 36sec) recommends LC/MS Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone (Equilibrium Dialysis) testing etc which are more accurate but balancemyhormones, medichecks (Eurofins County Pathology) only uses the standard testing methods. I’m not sure if LC/MS testing etc is available in the UK. Regarding what is a normal DHT level in terms of side effects, this will probably depend on the individual. Checking DHT levels in the blood doesn't really tell you what is happening at the receptor level. Maybe @Melvin- Admin can comment on this question.
  2. Hi, No I did not get a confirmation email (only on the website). This is his clinic email: info@albaph.dk Yes Dr Knap sends the prescription directly to Farmacia Parati, the next contact will be from Farmacia Parati
  3. Should reply in the next few days, if not try sending another email. I think maybe their response time is quicker when doctor has sent the prescription to them (that is what I kind of noticed it seems) but obviously you want to ask FP questions directly. I havent purchased from Agencia before so don't know about their quality (not sure which pharmacy they use). I have DUT not fin, and its 100ml. I think grams/ml mean the same thing but I am confirming this with FP. The expiry date on the containers are 06/24 I ended up paying 58 euros to Dr Knap + 175 euros to FP for Lipo Dut 0.01%, 0.02% and Lipo Min 2.5% (all 100ml containers). Bit expensive and I'm not sure if repeat prescription is cheaper if I order again through Dr Knap but I will ask him
  4. The one I have is a liposomal gel. They might do a spray solution also but best to confirm with them. They don't have anything on their website as far as I know, they only provide details through email. It says grams on Dr Knaps website but I think grams and ml may mean the same thing, confirming with Parati. Regarding the clicks, that is how the container works Remove the lid of the cylindrical container. At the top of the container you will see a small hole a few mm in diameter. Screw clock-wise on the container at the bottom until the gel comes out at the top. If you turn the container 4 times (“4 clicks”), you’ll get an total amount equal to 1 g.
  5. If your GP wont then you can order through Dr Knap (not sure if anyone else knows any other options). Seems like everyone responds differently when it comes to the strength but personally I've decided to just try a very low dose (0.01%) first and work my way up, will start with applying it once per week. Its 0.01% per 1g (4 clicks) and I need at least 2g (8 clicks) to cover my scalp since I'm a diffused thinner so will be applying 0.02% total initially. I also ordered 0.02% per 1g (4 clicks) (0.04% per 2g) and will try that if I'm ok with 0.02% per 2g (8 clicks). They do both 0.02% and 0.025%. You can order whatever dose you want through him but he normally prescribes 0.05% per 1g first (or that is the most popular that gets ordered through him). Yeah it can take several days for Farmacia Parati to reply to questions but they do reply. I ordered through Dr Knap on 17 Nov, received an email from Farmacia Parati on 5 Dec saying my dut is ready/requesting payment and I received it on the 8 Dec via DHL.
  6. I got my prescription through Dr Knap/curemyhairloss.com. I was then sent payment details from parati@lafarmacia.it to pay for the actual compounded dut/medication + shipping once it was ready to ship, took a few days to get here via DHL, no issues. You should be able to get prescription written from your GP though if you ask them.
  7. Received my Lipo Dut from Farmacia Parati. Starting with a low dose (2ml 0.02% total) and will increase if no side effects occur. Will also get blood work prior. Wouldn't be surprised if I don't notice anything at such a low dose.
  8. Yeah they do seem to take ages to reply back to emails, have you used them before?
  9. Does anyone know if there is a difference between Farmacia Parati liposomal dut and anagenica.com liposomal dut (LIPODUT), both do 0.05%, any preferences? I see anagencia also contains Trichoxidil 2.5% Also does anyone what pharmacy anagencia use?
  10. I am considering to try Farmacia Parati liposomal Dutasteride. Supposedly they can compound any concentration 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.25%, 0.5% and 1%........ Was considering 0.01% concentration and increasing the dose if no side effects occur but I am wondering if this concentration is just too low to have any effect at all. I'm wondering if it's better to go for a lower dose and apply more frequently or a higher dose but apply less frequent. I know Xyon is 2% Any opinions on this?
  11. How frequently were you taking the Xyon 2% Dutasteride? He is the one who writes you the prescription (for a fee) and then you pay Farmacia Parati directly for the medication and postage as far as I understand. I've been emailing him directly through his clinic (email info@albaph.dk) as there doesn't seem to be any direct contact details on that website above. Will confirm this question with him also. But also agree with what @12345said.....you don't really know what percentage of the active ingredient you are actually getting from these compounding pharmacies without testing.
  12. I'm considering to purchase it through Dr Knap (Dermatologist located in Denmark)- https://curemyhairloss.com/compounding-your-hair-loss-product/ Have you considered Xyon?
  13. Have you considered using it less frequently?
  14. how frequently are you using it currently?
