  1. Excited for you, following. What are your thoughts on the temple point follicle placement?
  2. You should look at @Gatsby's case, his doctor and team did an amazing job.
  3. The clinic I went to in Turkey said wait a month to be safe, but every doctor has different advice.
  4. I'm not entirely sure how much donor is left, I've always had thin hair so I imagine less can be extracted than most. Eugenix thinks I could have another 1500 grafts extracted if I wanted to increase hairline density as well as improve temple work. There are some older pictures here of the donor when the hair is grown a longer length.
  5. Hi, I got it with 'Dot Micro' in Northern Ireland. I did not get my donor done (hoping to after a second transplant). Instead, I got my crown/top scalp up to the hairline SMP.
  6. Hi, are there any examples of donor scar fade/shrinkage over the years?
  7. Unfortunately under light you can see the extraction pattern (the rectangle shape) even as high as number 2
  8. Hi friend, no one notices no, but I will be getting a second transplant next year so more scars will appear.
  9. Hi, I'd like to keep my donor short on the sides but you can notice FUE scaring. I was wondering how well SMP may look on the scars with hair this short? I worry the dots would look too heavy/dark with a skin fade.
  10. Two years later! I'm happy that the transplant was a success and I have not noticed any further hairloss or loss of the transplant thanks to finasteride. I don't think there is need for any future updates since the transplant has survived this long, I'll definitely post an update if anything changes. Best of luck to everyone with their hair transplant journeys, I hope it helps you find happiness! ❤️ (Apologies for untidy hair in photos! A little bit of hairspray and everything is in place.) 24 months post operation:
  11. What about Eugenix in India? They work wonders on MPB like this.
  12. Hi, from my understanding we want our follicles to settle safely after surgery, allowing them to grow health and return to their normal state so a second surgery doesn't cause permanent shock loss.
  13. Do not get a transplant prior to taking any medication such as finasteride.
  14. I also tried a hair system at 23.. I have to say it was a nightmare to maintain. The glue/tape was a total pain and I was very limited to what kind of styles I could go for. Personally I had a hair transplant at 25, I don't regret it. Hair systems also damage follicles under your head, the concept that your scalp is able to breathe through a hair transplant is simply a myth. Do what you believe is best, I personally think younger people such as ourselves can get transplants assuming we remain on finasteride. Rooting for you friend! (References) Hair system at 23 (I could never style it up since the front was so obvious, people pointed out the color difference between my natural hair and hair system hair in the sunlight.. it made me feel more insecure with it. ) Natural hair (dyed) at 24; Hair transplant design at 25; 2 years after hair transplant (22 months result); Full thread here;
  15. You can see traces of shock loss, though I'm not so sure about the closeness of the donor incisions but some to look a little too close, perhaps a more experienced user can give their input.
