  1. There's still the possibility it can improve.. but by how much is to be determined.. I wonder, are there any tricks to reduce the curling/texture? Perhaps even using hair straighteners?
  2. Hello everyone, here is a quick video sample of my current donor area after my first transplant (over 2 years ago), as well as some screenshots of the density and my temporal corners.
  3. Hi everyone, thank you for your messages! I will reply to them here. Hi again Gatsby, it's lovely to hear from you! I'm a big fan of your journey also.. you're an icon for many man who wants hair restoration. I think the highest I could do regarding "elite surgeons" is £3 per graft at around 1200 grafts to fit within the £3500 budget. But I'd also like this to be preformed non-shaven and in April (I have a lot of traveling ahead after). Thank you for your honesty regarding your views on moving forward. I do like my hairline, but I believe it really lacks density, especially in the light. "Elithair" either did a terrific job with keeping singles at the front, or I simply have very thin hair (which I do). I think the likelihood of graft usage will be the same regardless of clinic due to how thin my hair is. SMP does a decent job improving, but it could be much better, especially in regards to the "shape" of my styled hair.. since it lacks density it can look very odd and thin with certain styles. I'm going to post a video and some more screenshots of my donor area after this message. I sent an email, thanks. I'm enquiring with all doctors. Wow, lots of positive feedback for Dr. Michalis, I will email him also. Thank you!
  4. Hi again. Does anyone have any recommendations for a doctor/clinic for improving density? I'd rather this be a non-shaven process also. Thanks! (Budget is still £3500) @Berba11 @Reina
  5. Thank you, I will investigate these clinics further, much appreciated! I sent a video link above to someone who had incredible work done with a second transplant to improve temples, feel free to check it out. He also has more update videos. If it's possible I could match him, I'd be happy.
  6. Thank you for your input Berba! Interestingly, this man went to the same clinic in istanbul I went to. And he got his temples, corners and hairline fixed up. I really admire the clean work here;
  7. Thank you for your honesty sir. My glabella to hairline is exactly 7cm spot on. The highest point would be 8cm at the temples from the same reference distance. Density work is definitely needed, 100%. But I am insecure about the shape of the temporal corners. Eugenix also offered this solution in the past;
  8. Hi Reina! I have some concerns about Dr.Yaman based on this temple work review; Eugenix has also had some major issues very recently, and this was with an expensive package; Dr Gur, Dr turan, is this Fuecapilar? Thanks!
  9. Thank you! I hope to find someone somewhere. Temples are tricky to master with a hair transplant.
  10. Which clinic does Dr. Mwamba work for? Do you have a website link?
  11. Thanks, I don't see any temple work references on their website. Dublin I imagine would be expensive anywho, I'm happy to travel to stay within the £3500 budget.
  12. Additional info; My lowest point of the hairline is 7cm from the glabella (middle of eyebrows).
  13. Hello everyone, I hope you all are having an amazing day! As the title says, I am hoping to find the perfect clinic to improve my hairline density and temples within a budget of £3500 . I am located in Ireland and happy to travel! In the past I've gotten SMP to try and help improve the illusion of density. My first hair transplant was at a clinic in Istanbul called "Elithair". Here are some images of my current state; I was in contact with Eugenix and they offered 1800 grafts with this design. However, I have recently been hearing negative things about Eugenix so I have concerns. Same with Dr. Yaman.
  14. Thank you, I'm confident you'll have a thicker/better result than me. I have very thin hair, even in donor, similar to Asian hair. Your hair texture looks a lot better, a hair storm is coming soon for you!
  15. Wow, starting to thicken up well! The temples look great. Props to Dr. Yaman and his team for this success at the price point! Your hair looks exactly like how mine looked at 4 months; Here is 2 years later;
  16. Wow, amazing progress! Do you have any other photos to showcase? Great results so far.
  17. Well, I've been approved for 1800 grafts (second transplant) with Eugenix, going to have that next year. Best of luck sir, keep me updated with your progress!
  18. Also take it from someone who made the mistake of micro needling up to 1mm one month after surgery. You'll be fine.
  19. Sounds completely normal. I remember how anxious I was over grafts falling out after surgery. Honestly, you're fine. You're expected to see hairs fall out as you go into the ugly duckling (shedding) phase. -Sean
  20. Do you have any pictures of your journey? I'm curious to see how things processed over 3 transplants.
  21. Wow, that's some amazing coverage for 3500 grafts! One more transplant and you're golden.
  22. Elithair really forces you to leave a good review while you're in their clinic. I think a lot of clinics also do this to push ratings before patents even see their results.
  23. I personally got a good result after choosing elithair based on positive reviews I found online (YouTube vlog channels). However, because I got a good result it doesn't guarantee that you will also, they could have a completely whole new tech team since 2 years ago. That said, I've only seen them produce good results, despite being a hairmill. They also work within a hospital which was comforting. And for €2400, it was an amazing transformation compared to where I was. Dr. Couto is both an incredible surgeon and an incredible artist, if you can afford him.. please choose him over elithair. It's a gamble, your donor area is not unlimited, it's better to stay safe than sorry. A slightly cheaper alternative to Couto is Eugenix, they're well known for great results also and have actual doctors do the surgery.
