Thats a prehistoric trail of thought these days. Top tier clinics experience near identical levels of transection between FUT and FUE procedures now.

I occasionally wear a skin fade after 2500 FUE , and no one notices the scarring. That’s not to say that it’s not there, and it’s also not to say that some people experience worse scarring than others. @Rolandas has experienced this, despite an excellent overall procedure.

Agree .. I always get skin fades

Theres probably only HT boffs who would see anything

Thanks alot guys for your replies. I have been in contact with a couple of surgeons - Dr Ferreira, Bisanga, Ferudini, Mwamba, Keser, Lapanzula, HLC and HDC (see my second post what they said).

As mentioned in earlier post Dr Bisanga needed to see me in person before making a statement. I sended one more email, asking if it could be done online again, but got rejected. I will consider going to Belgium.

I sended my consultation request to Dr Ferudini about 10 months ago. Have had some contact with them after that, in februari, asking how things were going. Havent heard anything from them since then, untill today. I emailed them earlier and got a reply only a couple of hours later. Was promised a Skype-konsultation, they were going to get back to me next week. Really hope so, I really like Ferudini's work.

Furthermore, I did ask Dr Ferreira what he would have done to make my hair look more natural/better, with out taking my kinda distinct requirement in mind - if he still would go with removing some grafts, rebuilding temple peaks etc.

@Min12 I sended my consultation request to Dr Ferreira in beginning of october 2020. I contacted him again in end of februari 2021 after still not hearing anything. I then got an answer from his patient manager saying he was very busy. She recommended the "fast lane", meaning you pay 50 euro to get an reply within a week (I think it was). So I did that, and about 2 days later I got a very thoroughly reply.

You mean to say clinics charging you 50 euros just to get a reply...  So they ignore you for months then recommend you pay to be fast tracked.
Easy money and wrong in my opinion, every enquiry should be dealt with correctly and not used as an extra cash cow.

    @Paulscongratulations on your result.
The member @Newyear newhairalso this time went further, like when he wrote about me that I was doing my best to dissuade Cinik's potential clients from going to his clinic.  Now he could just compliment you without adding "Cinik has had bad publicity lately", and even here he was referring to me, I thought he understood why I also contacted him privately and explained my idea about Cinik, but evidently he is hard on the uptake.  No "bad publicity" for Cinik, but when a new member comes to this forum and asks about Cinik I tell my story and what I think of Cinik.  The Cinik clinic is a hair mill, one of the best hair mills, but a hair mill, where you get to do 20 procedures at the same time, where the interview with Cinik, lasts a maximum of 5/6 minutes, draws you the hair line and check the donor area by lifting the hair with a ruler or a pen (someone even said that he is so good, that he does not need to do anything else ... absurd), I have always said also that by going to Cinik, you choose to play to Russian roulette, if the transplant goes well, everything is ok, but if something goes wrong, that's your cock, moreover I never said "don't go to Cinik", but only let those who are about to do it know, what can be done wait.  If this is bad publicity, then yes, I do bad publicity.  I also think that @Newyear newhair Should have more respect for people like me, because if he had been in my place, he would have done too, "bad publicity for Cinik".

Hahahaha .... I was simply congratulating pauls on his 12 month result and the bad review I was on about was pomloe’s in which he went on and on about his bad result without showing any proof. I understand Cinik will have bad results aswel as good and it may well  be Russian roulette with certain clinics, but the forum needs pictures so they can make there own mind up.
@egy nobody mentioned you, but your also a little paranoid judging by your reply.

Its just nice to see good results, especially at a clinic I went to, which gives me confidence that mine will turn out great aswel ( which it has so far luckily ).

  4. No problem.. I add the denser to towel dried hair and I wouldn’t say it made my hair greasy... it actually works well to style it and stops it drying out.

Never thought of using any hardcore topical atm, just trying the serioxyl with the peppermint as a kind of topical.

    • Thanks 1
  5. Here’s mine...

    - finasteride 0.5mg every day

    - stemoxydine/serioxyl hair densor which I also add 4 ml of pure peppermint oil into the 90ml bottle, massage every night into the scalp.

    - Dr pen micro needling at 1.25mm once a fortnight (only had 2 so far)

    - multivitamins biotin, omega 3, collagen every day

9 months post HT and very happy with result so far ... so somethings working 😀

    9 Months update

    Hope everyone is well

I am a few days short of 9 months and  I continue to be amazed by the change my ht has made to me, anyone thinking of doing it just do it, I’m still getting regular compliments which makes me more chuffed every day.

I’ve attached quite a few pictures in different lighting and with different styles, some with gel and some dry.

One thing I’ve noticed in one of the photos from above  where I have my hair gelled is that there is visible scalp, around the back half of the mid-scalp area. It makes me wonder if I should have had a  grafts placed in that area but was never mentioned. So to try and combat this I have just started micro needling that area with a derma-pen and along with finasteride I hope it stabilises.

All in all still very happy and I feel there can’t be much more growth from now on but you never no 😀

This is an incredible transformation just by combing the hair differently. If you look at the first two photos he hardly has any hair just above his forehead, and yet, in the 3rd photo, there seems to be enough frontal hair to be able to hide the bald scalp area. Is he using some concealer etc?

    Who is this guy?

He must be ... that 3rd photo seems too good to be true
