As a general response, graft numbers may change according to the goals, hair characteristics, and positioning of the hairline (frontal hairline, temporal positioning, and temporal point reconstruction).
Also, no two people are the same. Hair transplants should be viewed individually, the grafts may be higher for one patient and lower for another, it depends on various factors individual to the patient. The patients native density must be considered, we don’t want to see the density difference between the transplanted hair and the native area. So we need to plan to match the density as much as possible.
