    4.5 months(137 days) update..not much difference though it has grown longer. took pics with my ipad this time so the sharpness of the pics are even better. crown is still on the slower side but ad expected! i know i am an early grower but fingers crossed that my illusion of density will go up! temples are taking a nice shape..i was really worried earlier that i didnt have a single follicle in the temple zone 2.5 months mark!

    yes, already the cosmetic difference is significant though will be glad if the thickness goes up! but i really.cant complain as its not even 5 months! thanku so much @forest

    yes @SLA i meant dr.arika. haha yes even i was reluctant when they told me it would be around 4000 grafts but after looking at their various cases, i felt they use grafts conservatively! while HT she told me " as u have good donor mostly doubles and triples, i will use the grafts conservatively and will put u on fin if u are ok with jt i am sure it will be enough and will fulfil ur expectations." actually i wanted to go full fledged and like max density thats possible but later i realised its very important to preserve ur donor for future as its invaluable!

    i also asked referring a person in their website who had similar baldness pattern. he nearly had 5500 grafts..her reply was, it depends upon skull shape and size and luckily my skull size is very average which is a big advantage!

    @SLA i still wonder how they managed to cover the baldness i had with 4070 odd grafts! very happy with hairline and crown needs to catchup... if at all crown wouldnt end up being completely dense, i would be happy with a decent density at the black hole! hoping for the best! i have around 3000+ scalp grafts and having a good number of beard grafts which makes me feel safer!

    @ADilthanku so much adil. actually i was waiting for ur next update! yes as u said as of now i am really satisfied with the growth. and abt the thickness, do u feel my hair calibre is thick? even the transplanted hair?

    thank you so much @Mggm. about the medications, i am on 1 mg fin everyday and i asked dr.arika whether i can use minoxidil but she insisted me to use the minoxidil only in the non transplanted area at least for six months as the scalp can get get flaky when its used. i was already suffering from dandruff from my teenage so she didn't want my recipient area to get affected i think. she recommended me to use clob S nano solution and a baby shampoo once in 3 days and its really effective! i didn't take any multi vitamins!

    thanku so much @hybonix irrespective of other things, my looks has been taken a complete changeover as u said and i glad about it! yes with the area to be covered, the grafts used were conservative!

    yes, around 470 grafts were used for temples! even i felt the grafts used were less compared to what other clinics projected! but thats how it goes with eugenix! as far as the result is concerned, i am pretty happy!

    this was taken a week before surgery! as u can see i really tried to cover my frontal part by combing it towards my frontal line which actually didnt work..another photo i was accidentally captured behind my friends and u can see how bad my baldness was especially the frontal and crown!

    yes exactly. i was about to say that. i heard few saying regarding the tissue surrounding the scalp though i dont have much idea about it medically! regarding DHI, i dont know whether its true but few doctors told me that grafts will have a better survival rate than normal procedure. and one more point is that, i didnt shed completely! maybe that might be another reason!

    yes u are correct. mine isnt that thick! i will post few more pics which was taken during last yr for the reference!

    haha. i will take that as a wonderful comp! yes frontal part looks good now though with the naked eye, u can see that density is'nt 100 percent but i am sure as u said i had an early growth. i saw few more cases from eugenix having early growth! not sure about the actual reason but i will take it anyday lol!
