If you are using hair fibers in those pictures then it explains why this area might look worse than the rest.
In general hair will mature and get longer so skin coverage will be greater and hence visual effect will get better for sure. Although after 7 months most grafts will pop out, so if at that stage there are significantly less grafts visible in comparison to the number that was implanted then there is a high chance that something went wrong. Can you see thin hair popping out?
Yea there’s thin hair popping out hence why I feel a bunch of stubble on both sides think I’m just a slow grower in a few weeks I’ll reach my 7 months I will update the thread with pictures of the hairline this update was just to check the scarring as if you see in my previous pics my hair was extremely long

This area may be visually lacking the most because usually temples have a bigger area without native hair at all so it's harder to fill them - in comparison in the middle of a head usually people receed slower and a supbar growth rate is not so recognizable there because native hair (behind transplanted hair) prevent that sparse look.
I've seen this in many Mwamba's cases from the past, for example the left temple here:or this case:
I sure hope it fills in although that was my weaker side pre transplant the left looks pretty good

@Dillpickle123 can you comment on the circled area in the attached photo? Are you seeing subtle signs of growth here, how confident are you, etc?
I am a former Mwamba patient too and this area is lacking for me as well 🤷♂️
I feel a bunch of stubble still for some reason on my temples like hairs that don’t grow longer they’re probably just still dormant

Haircut update! I finally cut my hair low and got my old haircut which is a zero fade on the side and left it long on top donor looks very good left bottom side is visible but I could always get smp there the dr Mwambas extractions are very clean and are almost impossible to tell if you don’t know what to look for still have a lot of stubble hairs in the temples that haven’t grown in length just need to be patient so far happy with result as I can pull off my hairline with just a dab of fibers

Did you get if at the time of puberty or later as a side effect or using finasteride?
No as a teen and I haven’t seen it get worse on fin

Do you have and feel stubble in the hairline you could just be a slow grower I’m at 6 months post op and still feel stubble in my hairline

I can attest that gyno doesn’t go away I have it 10 years later and it’s 10k in Cali to get rid of it so probably will just live with it for awhile until I can afford to do it

Hi all,
Tomorrow will be six months, but I figured I'd do the update now before I forget.
Month 4-5 was not much different to the month 3 update, probably a little bit better, but not noticeable.
It was when I hit the 5 months mark that I started to get concerned.
In my previous updates, I expressed a lack of urgency for results because I was able to style my hair as before, so no rush.
4 weeks ago I had a look underneath the curtain and was hoping I'd have that Bisanga trademark early growth that would allow me to start styling my hair differently.
But nope, very patchy and unusable.
One of the main reasons I picked Bisanga was because most of his patients here had great results within 3-5 months, so when I went past that date range I was starting to worry.
Fortunately I recalled a case (or two) here where the results didn't happen, then in month 6 it exploded.
I think that is happening to me now, as in the last two weeks there has been significantly more growth occurring, it's close to being usable.
If I'm at 50% now, then double of this density won't be perfect, but usable, which is the goal for me.
A perfect hairline is unrealistic, and even if achieved, it'd look weird in a way.
Guys I see with great hair don't have perfect hairlines, so if mine turned out so, it'd be sus.
Anyway, next update will be in 3 months (month 9), so maybe by then I can be a bit more adventurous with my style.
I'm aiming for something maturer (for when I get older and greyer), but also isn't impacted by the wind\rain, even if the exposed hairline is no longer a problem.
For now, or for the next couple of months, I'll do some experimenting behind the scenes, but in public do what I've always done.Looks pretty good for 6 months my hair is about the length of your and I’m at 6 months thinking of maybe cutting my hair it’ll match better

HAve you sent the pics to the surgeon, and if so, what does he say?
For what’s it’s worth I still feel a lot of stubble on my hairline indicating to me that’s there’s still a good amount of grafts barely growing in

@SD1984 just pinging in hopes of an answer. Thank you!
Don’t go to a place that isn’t recommended, there’s great docs in turkey and Europe Dr Nader in Mexico is excellent and very affordable

Wesley knew the first one didn't go well but didn't think I needed a scalp biopsy to address some underlying issue. Moreover, the right side of my hair has grown decently well, so I don't understand the reason for the poor growth on the left side.
I’m having similar issues just got my first NW2 but I’m just at 6 months still halfway there but right side is not growing as well las the left the right did need more work to be fair
-
Maybe get your scalp checked to see if you have a condition, I myself just got a ht and am also wondering if I’m just a slow grower or if I might have an underlying condition worsening it
-
Dr bicer is top class you will get the results your looking for!

No not yet because I’m barely at 6 months most doctors will say to wait a full year
