2 months and 20 days MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY The best present Santa gave me today is seeing my big progress from just 2 weeks ago: and donnor: I got a haircut about a week ago and my barber told me that he has seen a few hair transplants before but this is the first time he notices no balding patches on the donnor. And thats crazy considering that still I may have yet some shock loss there. I couldnt see it by the mirror my barber gave to check the back, but here on these pics I can see some. Still, no big deal. Probably this will improve. Gotta say that so far in my previous surgery I felt that this point where I am now It was reached about the 3 month and a half mark. This makes me happy because I cant think but good things. Merry Christmas and Happy new year!

Im sure many people here will say I hate HLC because of my experience with them but I cant just shut up here and say this is a good result. It is not. I am sorry for being this honest. If u told me u paid like 1,25€/graft and used like 1750 grafts for this result, then I would say ok yes great investment. But reality is u used almost 3k grafts from an already límited donnor in order to cover a small area and even then survival was not good. Not terrible but definitely not good either. This is about 7000€ spent and about 1250 grafts at least that didnt survive. Probably you see It as a good case because It aint as bad as ur previous one, I'll give u that, but It is not a good one that is for sure. I would go to Bisanga since you mention him for a last repair and maybe lowering hairline and closing temples just a little, while still being conservative (you cant go very agressive after these 2 surgeries).

While I understand your paranoia I would still be patient Here is an example of a couto,s patient that was even a slower grower than you

2 months So far this is probably the worst stage. From here on I dont think this Will go worse. To be fair I just woke up from a nap so the donnor could look worse of what It is.

day 42 Shock loss at its maximum I I can see that the redness has decreased since my PRP 10 days ago. Just trusting the process so far. Feeling confident and not even wearing hats.

they dont look better at 6 months man. Look carefully. the final result is this You can see better the lack of density when shaved. Angles are the key since the first line is not the most affected. but you can see the patches are there. and that area was receipt at HLC's being that small area covered with 3157 grafts. You can see duchaine's case where he got 2,1k grafts for a small area as well but at least he had complete survival (or like 90-95%). the patches are just there, where the grafts where implanted. Is not hairloss progression since I hopped on finasteride right after y surgery there, and switched to oral minoxidil as well + ketoconazol shampoo. (plus implanted is not affected by androgenic alopecia)

Have u asked HLC about my review? tell me if u ever do please! Btw man I really dont get why u think thats unreasonable at the same time u are concerned all around for not having ur final result yet at the 6 month mark with your procedure at Couto's. Being your case already much better than mine after HLC. Looks like a projection

well in that case HLC did a very good job with u considering u had a previous one. I dont mind giving them credit if they do the job right hehe. Both Couto and Pinto will make a great work on you. If u are in Spain also Cotellessa y Awada clinic or Zira in Valencia they work veeeery good

Ok¡ I remember seing your case yes. Looks good! happy for you. Very conservative for my personal taste and yes small area for 2'1 k IMO but at least good survival. I think yours is a good result! Yes I can see you definitely took good care of your hair cause there are areas that were untouched by the transplant that look thicker and fuller now. But are u happy? you can always lower the hairline or close the temples if you want. Couto does it the best imo but also Dr. Bruno Pinto in Portugal does great work. Plus has a cheaper price and a shorter waiting list

I understand. Samewise here considering right after my HLC surgery I started finasteride for the first time ever and never stopped after it. Also switched from topical minoxidil to oral which is considered to be a little bit better and my quinina + biotin shampoo + ketoconazol shampoo. So I took a better care of my hair after it and still the result was not optimal. I would not have cared much about the fact they took 3157 grafts if at least survival was optimal but wasnt the case. Cause now it has beem about 4700 grafts taken just for my front area. I could estimate if I went to Couto's from the begining I could have saved 1,5k-2k grafts for the same result I will achieve now. But well, that is all in the past now. I will continue with my medication and keeping care of my hair and maybe like this I wont need any surgery in the future. cheers

Well thankfuly it is up to me wether if I am dissapointed or if I need a repair or not. for me since this was my previous situation before HLC: this small area what they covered with the big amount of 3157 grafts: and this the real result: maybe I have hair dismorphia for not feeling like I had an elite procedure. Im sure many people would be happy with my previous situation, just as many here would have been more than happy with my before HLC situation. I wonder why HLC would have censored the review I dropped on google reviews if the result was so great! Can u find it?: I cant find it when I search the reviews from other google account. Probably you could ask them why they censored a review that showed such 10/10 results and let me know what they say. idk cheers maaan

Yes. Some turkish clinics love to spend too many grafts for small areas. HLC is a great example of it.

I am sooo sorry to hear about this terrible case. This attitude about HLC doesnt come as a surprise for me since in my case, although it was not this terrible, their attitude was very unethical. See, I have this spanish youtuber friend who exposes bad and good clinics on his videos (mesiassss4 on youtube) who told me to talk about my experience in HLC in a few of his videos. I was happy at the begining but I think it was after my 10th or 12th month that I made another video with hin saying I was dissapointed with the result. The video that MachoVato used to take that screenshot pics a few posts ago trying to say that the result was good: The trick Machovato used here is pretending to say the pic on the left is prior to the second, which was current. Both are about the same time, probably the one on the left even after the one on the right, but poor quality and lighting make great ilusions. my final result was this: this pic was taken just before my repair at Fuexpert (dr. couto) just last month (october 5th 2023) You can see is not a great result although is not terrible either. Which is what I said on my friend's video. I also expressed my concern saying how slow they were answering my emails and whatsapps. Well just a few HOURS after my friend posted that video, a representative of the clinic harassed him with many messages saying I was lying, and that they didnt understand why my friend was saying that about hlc and why he deleted the previous videos where he talked good about them. As you can see they cared more about a modest youtuber than an actual patient. Since they replied him inmediately saying I was lying and asking him why he deleted some videos, while an actual client have been waiting weeks for a reply. After this behaviour we decided to make another video the next day while I said directly "how come can you call yourselves a serious business when you reply before to a youtuber who is not a patient of yours than to an actual client" and "since aparently you care more about these videos than your emails I tell you here: call me, we need to talk about my results". Saying that in the video was efective since they called (finally) in less than 12h. They told me to go to the clinic so I could have an evaluation with posibilities of a partial reinbursment. It was still covid time so I said I didnt want to go there again. In their defiense I would say they offered to pay my flight. I thought about it but finally I declined going back to Turkey. I would never know if they would have paid the trip nor the partial reinbursment. But they said I was saying lies about them on the internet, which really pissed me off. Thankfuly I had the official pics from the clinic, otherwise probably they could have said I never run a surgery there... who knows Also I posted a review on google with the pics from the surgery + final result, showing the lack of density, and Idk how they did it but that review is not there. I checked that it was seen only by 4 people, so they managed to hide it quite quickly. As if they already knew how to do it. While I went back from HLC to the airport I came with this other client fron the US called Ray who has the same result now that before the surgery. He had a failed transplant before and after HLC's was still the same. Probably they are good with cases where the scalp conditions are normal, but if there is something there, they wont notice it. Who knows. It was just awful reading you about they recording you in order to prepare for a possible trial. Just awful. Best regards and thank you for sharing your experience.

Ok! could you give me the link of that case you describe of HLC? I dont know this Feriduni dr you mention but its all about choosing the one that gives you more confidence considering all your personal interests, so if Feriduni is, go for it. Would definitely recommend you to check as much cases of him as you can. Specialy the ones on forums. Good luck!

If you have just a few donnor reserves I would definitely recommend you Couto. He gets with 3k what others do with 4,5k grafts. I dont get how he does it but the cases are just there. In my case I called on January 2021 once they opened lines and I got first appointment on october 2022, surgery on october 2023. The reason for the waiting this much is because back then the woman that managed the appintments was out, they told me I would receive the pdf budget on my mail soon but apparently they put bad my email so I had to write them about 3 weeks later saying I still didnt receive anything. They apologyzed and gave me for october instead of june, which would have been my estimated date. Personaly I didnt have a problem with that because I also wanted to enjoy my summer at the beach so it was ok for me. I recommend you to call (not email) on January 2nd until they answer and you get answer and then book appointment. You can say you are available if any cancelation comes up, and they will take that in count although you won't be the only one. Definitely I dont recomend hlc for 2 reasons: one is my personal experience and other is that I see they take too many grafts. There are cases of nw1 or nw2 where I have seen them taking 2,5k grafts and by looking Couto's cases i would estimate Couto would have need half of it. And your donnor is running out so definitely something to consider. Other options could be Bruno Pinto in Portugal and Zira clinic or Cotellessa & Awada clinic in Valencia. But personaly I would wait longer and save more cash for Couto without a doubt.
