  1. Hi Finchy This is a case that really shouldn’t be too overthought ..it’s straightforward in otherwords plus the logistical side of things re accessing Treatment in India don’t seem to faze you . Just pull the trigger ..IF you’re prepared to take finasteride..an absolute necessity especially so for diffuse guys . Good luck ..DM if you need no problem Karl
  2. Best update to date by a mile Adrian mate …and STILL more to come .. one more pass next year for the Jackpot !!
  3. I just received the Dry hair pre op pics from the clinic today so decided I’d add them for reference ..
  4. Great to see you looking so well Adrian ..you’ve still more to come mate
  5. Yes it all depends ..like I said ..the likes of Bandit should be able to call it a wrap at around 10k combined total .
  6. Yes pretty incredible alright ..but just shows the many variables with HTs ..Bandit was a more severe case of baldness yet it looks like an awful lot less grafts will get his full restoration done just as well ..head shape etc
  7. Hello from India folks I just finished my 3rd and hopefully last HT with Dr Sethi on 12 th September. Its been really fab getting the chance to catch up with all the Team and of course getting to hang out with Maz,Bandit and SLA ..really top guys .. The pics im attaching pre op unshaven are sprayed wet hair to highlight donor and crown in most transparent way possible. In all 1025 scalp grafts and 1850 beard grafts were taken with emphasis on much stronger temple points and an introduction of a widows peek something along the lines of Maz ‘s .. Yes the clinic is busier than I remember before due to its massive growth but also crucially even more professional and well ran .. total grafts 14,450 over 3 procedures I’ll keep you all posted over the coming months Z
  8. Adrian, the world needs more gentlemen like you mate . Thank you for continuing to inspire all of us ..looking forward to your 8 month update . All the best 🙌
  9. Well Folks It’s just a few days past the magic 12 months …a picture tells a thousand words ..im thrilled thus far and just can’t wait to have one last dinky lil touch up on temples and side part / crown areas to fully lock down everything.. it’s a rather self indulgent move ..as it’s really a first world problem …as in it’s not really a deal breaker on getting it done or not ..I’m more using it as an opportunity to meet once again with some friends and the almighty himself !! Do your research…and some more Any questions please ask either here or DM..always happy to help Good luck Karl
  10. Gosh the temple points have continued to improve right up to 12 month mark Armen… Overall this is a really super result!! In many way it’s the perfect advertisement for hair restoration surgery in 2022….around NW3 to start ,patient embraces and tolerates meds ,has work, family life in balance therefore stress levels in check ,optimal nutrition, hydration and fitness plans in place ,an elite surgeon and team to execute the procedure with above all expectations set to “ reality “.. I dunno ..I know I and other forum members consider ourselves lucky to be considered a friend of yours Armen. True Gent Roll on October 🤜🤛
  11. Other beard grafts recipient HT patients I'm sure will back me up on this..its next to impossible to tell the difference towards the end of the maturation phase ( 12 months or so )although Im very fortunate in that my scalp and beard hair texture ,colour etc were remarkably close.
  12. @Needadviceplease.. yes a total of 4600 Beard grafts were used within the midscalp and crown areas ..they are very slightly different in texture to scalp hair and tend to grow in a little kinkier but they eventually blend in beautifully for the end result …my main observation thus far is they tend to be on a different hair cycle so they can shed alarmingly fast around the 8 to 10 month mark …just be aware of this and don’t panic 😊…
  13. I’m totally with you with the indoor v outdoor difference …it quite literally is night and day difference..it’s looking really good Adrian ..I just know on a night out all fibred up ..looks unbelievable..
  14. Cheers Melvin...the results being turned out by top clinics nowadays for high Norwood probably wasn't possible a decade ago...I'd almost say it's a good time to be a high Norwood 😂
  15. Thanks very much mate ...I don't understand how the donor area looks so robust after so many grafts extracted..I'm not just talking about Eugenix but other Elite clinics also.. It's baffles me to this day to be honest . I always get pre op " crikey is my donor gonna be able to handle this graft extraction " and everytime my fears are unfounded .
  16. Hey thanks a lot ..from memory I've 40 sqcm hairline..into 30 mid scalp into 25 crown..I don't have the beard/ scalp ratio but mixed up throughout mid and crown
  17. That's quite remarkable progress for 5months John..you probably still have around 2500 grafts to pop through and mature ..goodness knows how this is gonna look in another 12 months with HT 2 mixed in...Thrilled for you mate
  18. @Fluffhead ..the TopG is back in da house 🤜🤛....delighted for you Fluff... You're result was and is off the charts ! I know myself and few others are considered to have given many High Norwoods hope..but I honestly believe you had a similar impact on all the other let's say lower Norwood dudes ..( the luckier ones 😄).. Till we here from you again Karl
