OP - What's wrong with your hair? You don't seem to be balding. Where you going to implant those 3000 hair?

in the temples...I've a lot of hair but I've a very accentuated M shape.
During windy days or when my hair are dirty/when I use the helmet etc I have some bald spot on my sides.
I think 3000 is too much. @Melvin-Moderator agree with me so I'm going to ask 2000/2500 graft
@Abi28 I am worried HT can destroy/ruin my native hairs!

As an Official Old Man at 72, it is a thin line we walk.  Trying to look too young is a deadly sin.  We have all seen people with jet Black hair, and it just does not look natural.  Looking like something that could naturally be is VERY important.  If I walked around with a young guys haircut it would look foolish - the same thing with clothes.

I agree with you: the big mistake is trying to look younger.
We do not need to look younger than we are but we need to look better than we are.

Can you post some examples, cause I think I look a lot younger now.

    Sure!
Look at this guy. I got 2500 grafts.
Now his hairline is different and to me he looked younger in before pics.
In the after pics he looks old to me.
    Different haircut?
    Different hair quality?
I really don't know but, when I see these kind of pics, I'm very scared for my HT!

If you have DUPA you should have been taken through all the risks or surgery, and explained that even with medications a hair transplant doesnt necessarily work; https://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/topic/55074-dr-charles-answers-whether-you-can-have-a-hair-transplant-with-dupa/

It's also strange that if you were diagnosed with DUPA from the start that it was followed by another operation as if that would somehow remedy the situation.

If you don't have DUPA then I'm not sure whats going on

    Very good points

Based on the pictures you posted showing that your hair seems to be in relatively great shape, I personally think you'd be well-suited to focus on doing the inner work and addressing this idea of wanting things to look perfect/presentibg yourself in a certain way in order to be accepted. I relate very much to what you're saying, and while there could be value in addressing the physical component of this, I think there's a lot of value for you in understanding for yourself that perfection isn't something any of us will attain... And particularly in regards to a romantic relationship, you best believe that a woman you date/settle down with will see you at a much "worse" state than having your hair blown back and your imperfect hairline being exposed... And that's the scary (and beautiful) part of being in a relationship and allowing yourself to be seen. If that core belief isn't addressed, I'm not so sure lowering the hairline is going to make much longterm difference. (Speaking from experience here, for what it's worth.)

    I don't try to obtain "a perfect hairline ".
I am just trying to fix an evident aesthetic defect.

  6. I've nothing against but I'll be brutal.

I get bored to hear Serkan giving high grafts HT in just a few hours.
And I bored to see his patients considering smart because they paid 2500 euro (flight and hotel included) to get a procedure that we pay 20.000 euros elsewhere.
    one hour is 3600 sec.
You had 3200 grafts in 4 hours, that means that Esch graft extraction and implantation took 4 sec. Does it sound possibile to you?????
    No, hell, no!!!!
For example, Kaan Pekiner takes 2 days (16 hours) to transplant that numeber of grafts!

nothing against people choosing Serkan but keep in mind:
    A) Serkan does nothing expect hairline design
    B) the operation is made from unknown technicians
    C) the number of graft they promise is completely irrationale

So, if someone is poor, choose Serkan but keep in mind you are not having the same quality product you get from there more expensive doctors.

No, you will still have a problem being bald when you are 40 (almost everyone in here will have). Guess what, you wake up one day and you are 40 and it feels like yesterday you have been 25. You will be still the same vain person, believe me.

    Yes and no.
You want to be a nice looking guy both at 25 and 40.
Anyway...you can be nice at 40 with just a few hair on your scalp because the different standard of beauty.

  8. from an aesthetic and metal point of view, that are two completely different field.
In one case (HT), you restore what you had.
In the other case (PS for nose, lips etc) you try to change your shape.*
It is such an obvious difference that I do not think it worts spending time with a guy who doesn't admit that.

    * I'm not blaming who has Plastic surgery to fix a problem. I just notice the strange attitude this guy has. He is like a disperate bulimic for surgery (more more more). He  buys "beauties" like a person buys cake at supermarket. "wow, I like this lips...look at the pic. I want it I want it".
There is something wrong about him.
