At this point nearly all the grafts from the second procedure (Oct ‘23) have cycled and fallen out and will start sprouting randomly in the next couple weeks (at least that was my experience with first procedure in Jan ‘23). I would completely forget about lowering the frontal area and instead I would go for the crown.
