Just wanted to say that your results are incredible.... And that I hate you...lol.
Hoping one day I'll be touched by Rahal's hands.
Oh my GOD!!! Just amazing! Congratulations ; )

I would go with Bisanga since I have seen really nice results from him over the years.
Good luck! -
Wow!!! Impressive result 🤩
What a change ... patient should be over the moon!
Congrats to the clinic for an amazing result!!! -
Great result 😀
I love the use of the comb to expose the true result... brilliant!
Congrats to the patient and the clinic! -
Is this really the final result after 4100 FUE Grafts? I would have expected a lot more with that many implanted grafts.
Also, the pre-op design looks like it was gonna give the patient a lower hairline ... but in the post-op photos I believe the line didnt go as low as the pre-design. Was there a change of idea on the final design?
Thanks for sharing! -

Hey!
This is an update after 7 months.
So I think this is more or less the final results that I got. Am I happy with my hair transplant? I would say I am, I think it is a major improvement over what I had before and it definitely boosted my self-esteem and my overall looks I believe. I think going in you cant expect a perfect outcome.
What didnt work out? Two things - my right temple is still way less dense than the other one and I havent seen any growth over last 2 months, so I think that is what it is. It is not bad, but definitely stops me from showing the hairline there as it does not look good enough to be exposed. The hairloss continues also behind what was transplanted so it isnt helping much.
The other thing is the scarring from my donor area, which has improved as you can see on attached photos, and I hope there is some room to improve left. But there are definitely some bald spots left and they are visible, especially on the right side. It was way worse looking at pics from 2 months before. The pics are in extreme light so it is a big overexaggerated but that was the point. The redness is gone completely but dear lord it was something unexpected as it lasted well over 4 months.
I do enjoy my hair way more and don't think about it that much in general, as I consider it as "handled" and don't want to obsess too much over it.
What do you guys think?
Thanks for sharing.
I have got more from your description than from the Before & After photos ... It looks good but I would like to see better photos. Also, it would be great if you could share a photo with your hair wet after a shower...And remember that you still have many months to see the real final result.
Best ; ) -

I did talk about with Dr Bhatti , not one but thrice but was confused because his answers were different each time.
First time he said that my native hair will grow back
Second time I wrote a mail to him and he did not seem to understand my question properly and replied thinking that I am talking about harline
Third time I visited him and he told me that he will not consider the native hair at all to future proof the area .
Now this is what confused me.
1 I am on finax and Folli hair vitamins for past 5 years
2 Dr bhatti is considered one of the best HT surgeons in India , the country I belong to. Dr arika bansal and Dr pradeep shetty at Eugenix are others I considered.
3 Around 1$ per graft for 2500 grafts
4 1 day since it is 2500 grafts only
Thanks for your quick reply.
On your third visit when he said: "he will not consider the native hair at all to future proof the area" ... I do not fully understand. Did he clarify this point? It´s a bit confusing as you were saying before.
Well, I´m sure all will be great. And please, dont forget to post all the post-op photos to follow everything ...
Best!!!

shampoo dont do anything. Its marketing bs. finasteride and minoxidil. Thats it
I was on a quest for a shampoo. I guess my research is over now : )
One question though, could I replace Finasteride with Saw Palmetto? -
Hello Petroholic,
Have you talked about this with Dr tejinder Bhatti? What did he have to say?
I would say you do not have to worry about your native hair. If the Dr is good enough all that hair will grow back easily.
I have another couple of questions:
1. Medication: Are you using Finas and/or Minox? For how long? Did Dr tejinder Bhatti advised you to take any medication before the hair transplant procedure with him?
2. Why have you chosen Dr tejinder Bhatti? Who were the other Doctors that you had in mind before deciding to go with Dr tejinder Bhatti?
3. What are the price at Dr tejinder Bhatti clinic?
4. Will Dr tejinder Bhatti be doing the procedure in 1 or in 2 days?
Hope all goes great! -
Looks good but I would like to see some more photos.
Could we see an overhead photo? A photo from the top area and with some light would be appreciate it.

Congrats on the new hair transplant. Hope it all goes great.
One question, how does your donor area look? The combo of both surgeries are almost 8000 Grafts ... could you share a photo of the donor?
Best of luck Motopokep! -
Thanks for sharing and updating your status after so long. It´s nice to see what´s happening to Hair Transplant patients after a couple or more years and not just seen the 12 months results.
As Bill told you, the most probably thing is that all that native hair is falling out which is a pity.
What has been your POST-OP treatment after the surgery and during the past 2 years?
Also, have you considered other Doctors apart from Nader? If so, which Doctors have you look into for your 2nd surgery?
Best,
Oli
