Yes I do understand and It doesn't matter, I would personally exclude all if needed!
When I chose a Doc for his capability, I pay and want him to deal with my health not his technicians.
I've read of several patients coming from a procedure where one team looked after the right side and the other the left side with a different outcomes...coincidence? Maybe...
It is a fact yes, hair loss has become a massive business and obviously by doing 5-10transplants a day they make more $ but I hate to see reviews named after one doctor instead after a clinic, when that doctor barely touched their head.
Well that is definitely your choice, but, your criteria shouldn’t dictate how someone else chooses their surgeon or clinic when there are many great results that don’t adhere to what your standards are.
As for the rest of your comment...I will say that it’s a fair point..but...that’s why this forum is essential as a way to weed out bad doctors or clinics not just by the elimination of a certain technique or method...but by actual patient results that are consistently good or great, to me, those speak volumes and that is at the top of my criteria list.

Melvin, as far as I know that is not always the case so on my opinion Erdogan should not be reccomended on this website. We should evaluate Asmed as a clinic instead. Any Doctor that doesn't perform all the critical steps should not be even considered.
This is just my humble opinion, take it as is.
You do understand that according to your criteria of: “Any Doctor that doesn't perform all the critical steps should not be even considered.” would exclude MANY top elite doctors don’t you?...and I’m in no way defending Dr Erdogan and ASMED, I’m just pointing out a fact.

Great results and great presentation post!
This is the way all clinic/doctors SHOULD post their patient results.
Well done.

Hi man, I agree with all the advice given to you by the other members, and I think it sucks having to deal with this at such a young age as yours, it truly is depressing, but, there are silver linings, medication, hair systems, and down the road when you are a little older a hair transplant.
Im not a fan of hair systems but I’ve recently seen some videos pop up on YouTube that show young guys undergoing a hair system transformation and they look great.
I don’t know what country you are in but I believe the salon is in Germany

Fantastic results and density considering the amount of grafts utilized.

I hear ya, IMO your coverage looks good in your photos and shaved and 2500-2700 grafts seems a bit much for you mid and crown area, I would think 1500-2000 would be enough. As for your hairline, I could see 300-500 single hair grafts being a reasonable amount.

Hey man, you’re asking a tricky question that can only be answered by an in person consultation by your doctor whose done an up-close evaluation.
What doctor are you going to for this procedure?

Looks great, congrats!

Work looks well done. Happy growing!

Very impressive results, Jean, congrats!
FYI, you’re holding a very good camera haha....best way to take clear pics with it is to use the 10 second self-timer mode so it focuses better then takes the pic.

But $199 is the BIGGEST “discount” they’ve ever offered! ACT NOW! 😂😂😂
id hate to see the regular price they scalp you with.

It was a good video, informative and funny, not totally inaccurate, even Trump is in on his hair jokes, it’s not that serious, dont be “snowflakes”.

Honestly, I think it looks good as is, getting the touch-up on the hairline definitely makes it much more natural looking and probably not necessary to do another ht, I would be pretty happy with that result but I can understand wanting more density.

Great results! The dude must be ecstatic.

Yeah, I hear ya, even looking at your pre-op photos from the clinic, your hair looked fine, but, what’s done is done and no point in putting yourself down since it could very well improve over the next 6 months, hope is not lost, I’m pulling for ya!
-
Great answer and explanation from the Dr’s. 👍
-
Hey man, thanks for updating.
‘At 6-months and with 3k grafts, at this point I wouldn’t be happy with the progress you’ve had, BUT, as DEB previously commented to you, you could see better growth from here forward, as he had, so yeah give it another couple or few months and if it’s not improving then contact ASMED, they have to give you an explanation as to why or why not.
-
Density does look a bit sparse but could probably thicken up within the next month or 2.
Your photos of your hair with the concealer looks great, but, yeah your point is valid about getting an Ht not having to use any.
-
Wonderful results for 10-months, I wouldn’t have thought you were thinning from the acne medication at all until you mentioned, which I don’t really see it from your photos. Hope you keep updating if you feel more improvement. Congrats! & Congrats on the baby!
-
Very nice result!
what is the time frame of the results in the video?
-
Hey man,
I doubt you would get a full refund, but it doesn’t hurt to voice your concerns to the Doctor and ask. To me it looks like a okay amount of the transplanted hair grew but that you very likely lost more native surrounding hair in the recipient area to mpb over the course of the 12-18 months and what’s left is the new hair from transplanted grafts, which, by the way, for 3,125 looks to have been spread out over a large scalp area and that could be why it now looks that thin. Post about your 2nd Ht when you decide to proceed.
Good luck!

Good video, Melvin, tho I believe the clip of him on Jimmy Fallon was doctored a bit (who ever made it put a big photoshop blob on his forehead after Jimmy ruffles it), but two things, 1. He definitely had the flap & scalp reduction done and 2. His hair is still trying to escape his scalp whenever possible to this day, and I don’t blame it! 😂

I'm not just talking about the shedding phase when you've had a hair transplant, I never specifically said that. Even before you've had a transplant, this becomes an issue because otherwise you wouldn't need the HT in the first place. Even when your hair is slowly falling out and just progressively becoming more noticeable etc.
I agree with @jj51702 comment.
As for shedding not related to Ht, it’s tricky and unpredictable, it could be a seasonal shed or a mpb related miniaturization shed or it could be a shed of other heath related issues.
Who has gotten hair transplant surgery and does NOT take Finasteride?

I gotta say...the fact that Willy hasn’t done anything regarding his baldness as far as I’ve read, is interesting, I mean he has the money and resources to go to the best Dr and improve his appearance but it seeems like he doesn’t give a flying fuck, even tho he is mercilessly mocked by the UK media and especially his also-balding bro...is somewhat ballsy of him.
