FYI, the California Patients Guide (with Bill of Rights) http://calpatientguide.org/CalPatientsGuide.pdf
Should be similar rights in all other states.
This is the exact one I quoted from:

Any update on your progress?

That's a good idea.
Mind you, given the reputation of docs in my area, they will probably say I'm a great candidate regardless 😂
Yeah, that’s a possibility they could blow smoke to make a buck, but still might be worth a go if it’s a free consultation.
-
Maybe get a consultation with a local HT doctor first and see what they say of your donor area, you don’t have to inform them that you’ve booked a procedure with another doctor if they don’t ask.

It's all too true.
Then, I would take a photo or make a copy of their NDA and contact the California Department of Heath and the State Medical Board and report Alvi Armani and Dr Baubac for infringing on a Patients Bill of Rights, specifically I would say Section:
14. Be free from restraints and seclusion of any form used as a means of coercion, discipline, convenience or retaliation by staff.

Honestly, I think your progress from these photos looks great, with more months to come. As for your density concern, I would take less density over an unnatural or bad looking hairline and temple points & triangles, they did a great job with those as they look natural, if a little more density is needed then that can be added if needed later.
i agree with @Fozzie ‘s comment.

FYI, Armani's current surgeon, Dr. Baubac, will make you sign a non-disclosure agreement. When you arrive on the morning of your surgery, they surprise you with it.
Other HT surgeons do not do this. Be careful. Research everything thoroughly.
If ANY surgeon or their clinic staff ever surprised me on day of my procedure wanting me to sign an NDA I’d tell the they could gently fold it up into a nice condensed form and shove it where the sun don’t shine and demand a full refund of any deposit and walk right out, and if they decline my refund I’d file claims with the state medical and business board.
That’s a very shady cover-our-ass and an affront to free speech kind of bullshit tactic. If this is true, Baubac and his clinic is done with me for any consideration.

Hey man, just discovered your thread because of your update and given the amount of grafts on the lower end for such a large area you had to cover, I gotta say, it looks pretty good with your hair cut from these latest photos, with that said, I could agree, another procedure of 1,500-2,000 grafts to add some more density should give you a greater fuller result.
Good luck with your 2nd Ht hope you do another progress thread when the time comes.

It never hurts to ask, the worst they can say is “Sorry, we don’t”.
Although, some top clinics are nice enough and will partially reimburse your travel/airline expense if you’re traveling from another state or country to them for a booked procedure.

With all the hype about Breezula and the years’ wait time before it hits the market if it does at all, I’m thinking it’s possible and economical to make a home-made solution with a combination of Cetirizine and Finasteride in a soluble solution in the meantime, since both seem to be the actions of attack in Breezula.
I’ve tried my own cetirizine solution a few years ago and it did seam to help but not as much as I would have liked but that may be due to they way I made the solution, possibly not strong enough, but I’m thinking a combination of both Cet & Fin is worth a test now.
Has anyone made their own topical Finasteride from either 5mg Proscar or 1mg Propecia tablets with any noticeable success compared to taking the pills themselves?

Thanks for the feedback
I was wondering if multi grafts took longer to sprout . Seems most singles sprouted
You’re welcome!
That very well may be the case about mult-grafts, as well as the possibility that even in a multi-graft there could be a time difference in growth of the hairs so hopefully that’s the case since you posted about using the microscope and seen lots of small fine hairs.
-
Hey man, I don’t mean to cause you more worry but to be very honest for the amount of grafts you got all just in your frontal third area and at 7 months there should be more there. You very likely could get another growth spurt since technically this is about 60% of the final result so I think if at the 9 or 10 month mark it hasn’t improved then the clinic has some explaining to do, it wasn’t 1,500 grafts but 4,500 so something could be off by them.

Any 3rd month update?
-
Looks good, congrats!

Looks good for 4 months but still many more months ahead.

Growth for 3 1/2 months looks very good.
Did Dr Diep or his techs do your extractions with a manual punch or was it motorized?

6 months in, kind of happy but kind of not happy at the same time, lacking a bit of density and my left side which started growing the fastest has stagnated and is lagging behind the right now, very happy with my right side so far. Judging by what you guys usually see how am I tracking so far? Would I expect to see new hair or just existing hair thicken?
If I run my wrist through the transplanted areas I can feel prickles but have been feeling that throughout the whole process so I’m unsure of what’s happening. I’d be super happy if the density increases.
How’s your progress been?....has your growth in the left side caught up and any more density improvement since last month?

How’s your donor area?

He used a motorized tool. You can see an example of some of the "work" by the same doctor above in this thread, from the user 'bornwithhighforehead'.
The doc said there was no sign of hair loss at the crown. Then he bragged that he extracted from only the safest zone. Logically, if some of the extracted follicles were not permanent, then some of the follicles on my midscalp or crown would not be permanent either. And it doesn't look like I really have a really huge donor supply...
Oh I see, then the way your donor was harvested and now looks makes sense especially if the surgeon rushes the extraction with a motorized tool. Still, donor could improve.
On the bright side, you’re pretty damn lucky not to have any crown hair loss issues given your age of 40 since it looks dense, so thats a plus. 👍🏻

Your donor looks a bit better and could possibly improve over the next few months to be honest.
Did your surgeon use a manual or motorized tool for graft extraction?
-
I agree with @Lennney, it’s already done and the only thing you can do is positively hope it improves up until the 18th month mark, and if it helps your emotional state, to consult with whatever surgeon you might also be considering for a repair and book something down the road to look forward to.
i think you’ve done a good job of showing your results and don’t be disused by others, your testimonial here will in fact help others if it hasn’t already, I’m glad you’ve kept your updates coming and posting photos, good or bad it’s helpful.
Pulling for ya!

IMO, I think it looks pretty good from where you started and for the fact that you have thin hair, and it’s still possible for more improvement even if it’s just slight maturation up til month 18 or even 24.
