Why are you doing a second surgery? For the crown? Why didn't you do it all in one go at the start? (Just wondering)

This would be really appreciated, I have the dermapen havn't used it yet waiting for scalp to recover a bit after my FUE - a youtube on how to use it would be great. The current videos people do they are not really clear. Can you say how you clean it also before and after etc. The whole process in a short brief way would be awesome.

Hey guys I took advice to take the pics better using the front facing camera, so this is where I am at what is now exactly 3 weeks post surgery - At the moment daily 1MG Finastride Scabs have gone, washing hair every 3rd day Health wise feel normal Any advice on anything would be appreciated or thoughts I have named the files left/right to show each side. As mentioned before in my thread my left feels like it's growing slower.

Ok yes exactly what's what I have seen people say for a long time. One of my uncles passed away at 80, kept full head of hair throughout his life. His main thing was not using shampoo, and washing every 3rd day max! I want to use cold water, seems to be alot of health benefits to it - do you use cold water to shower with?

Everyday? My clinic told me not to wash everyday and in general I see alot of people say not to wash hair everyday.

Hey guys, so in general with haircare I have seen topics/articles that say in general washing your hair every day is bad for your hair. Especially with shampoo. I see articles for a whle that say washing every 3rd day is good, I don't know the actual reasons why though they say that. (I've always washed my hair daily for years!) Anyways, my question is also after FUE - so immediately after the first week we use the shampoo the clinic gives us to remove the scabbing that's fine. Now the clinic lady told me as for me it's been post 2 weeks now, that I shouldn't in general wash my hair everyday. So my question is more a general one and especially to those who had an FUE to ask do you wash your hair daily, if no then how often do you wash your hair? And the reasons why too Thanks!

Do you know if there is a reason hair clinics/professionals always say Finastride but never mention Dustestride? I never even heard of Dutestride until I came to this forum and people saying they are using it. I guess the only place I've seen it mentioned publically is on Dr. Mwamba's site where they are selling it on their site so obviously to their patients they give them the option with reasoning for Fin or Dut.

Ok so in your case you went off the daily 1mg and then you moved onto 0.5mg every second day - and that's better in your case in general everything? Regards to your second comment, are you saying when you went onto .5mg every second day that was the feeling you are getting? So basically your happier with .5mg every second day for sex + hair than you were 1mg every day? And is that oral tablet or topical Finastride?

Just wanted to know from people who took Finastride and went off the following: When did you experience sides? If you did, what type of sides? And if you then decided to go off, did it get better? Last, did you switch to something else successfully with results, like Dutestride? Reason I am asking is because I've been on Finastride 2.5 years now. The first year I would say it was fine, no sides. I feel after the first year then it started to effect in terms of when I ejaculate, it's no where near what it used to be. Sometimes I get alot, but on a consistent basis, on average it's very less so I'm classifying that as one of the sides. Also I don't think I get as hard as I used to. So I'm going to go off it and either look into Topical Finastride or I've seen a few members here use Topical Dustestride succesfully too. Thanks in advance!

So you only apply RED DUT 3 days a week? At what time and how? Do you like rub it in or massage it into the whole scalp area? And then the GREEN MESO you do it once a week with a derma roller? Again do you mind explaining the method for me

Guys I want to make clear - in typing it prob comes out different - mentally I am not worried about anything so people who keep saying "You have to try and relax"...It's fine lol, I'm not relaxed. I'm just asking the question as a first time FUE customer, is this normal, did others experience this at the start OR if it's something that is not normal hence meaning you should bring it to the attention of the professionals who can investigate or advise. That's literally the only reason I'm saying - and I'm just saying a remark from what I see visually as I think you can also in the pictures. That's all...I'm not having a nervous breakdown -.-

This is post 18 days - I'm still worried about the left temple it looks weaker then the other side, I hope it doesn't have any effects in the long term. Trying not to over think it but the right side clearly imo looks stronger at this early phase.

@BjornBorgDid you ever notice at the start, for example first month or 2 that you felt when you looked in mirror one side or a partial area was growing slower or looked less dense than another side? Your results are amazing so just wondering if at the start you ever felt like that because I'm Post 18 days and on one side feel like it looks weaker then the other side but everyone is saying it's nothing to worry about

I just had a treatment with Dr. Arshad, this isn't the most optimistic thread to read through - Hoping you get it sorted with him and find out what happened, hoping it's a one off

Your before and the amount of grafts and type of FUE looks exactly like mine man - we are in very similar phase. Just your hair is clearly finer then mine so it falls better, mine is naturally thick and wavy so it's even worse for styling as of now with the partial shaven thing. I'm on Day 18 post op - I really feel every morning i look that one side is growing fast or looks more dense then the other temple which bothers me but when i mentioned that on the forum and also showed to the clinic, everyone says it's too early to say anything and nothing to worry about. As for cutting it, I really need too also - the clinic told me wait total 4 weeks before doing anything like that, which for me would make it another 1 and a half weeks or I am sure can lower it without going to low. I actually had a wedding I really wanted to go to but how my hair looks, yesterday tried to style it and just no luck for me in that way, all shaven would have been better i think.

Today is 17 days post op - in general i don't feel anything different or notice anything. I do personally feel when I wash my hair in mornings or just "try" to style it I do see more than normal amount of hairs falling out, both long ones from the unshaven parts and what looks like small grafts too - But other than that nothing different I would say left side looks weaker than the right as another observation - i hope after a few months this is not something to worry about At the moment I'm just really wanting it to grow and also be at a point I can cut my hair as it's terrible now because I left it part shaved and I don't like going out like this

If you did then do you remember when you could use the hair dryer? I am now 2 weeks post op, and finding it terribly hard to even style my hair at all! Only doing bucket showers and no use of towel or hair-dryer, just letting hair dry naturally which turns out to be a crazy wavy mess for me Also do you know how soon I can cut it? My clinic told me wait 4 weeks to go to a barber...seems pretty long to have to deal with it like this

This is post 15 days how I look - I am worried about one thing, I feel like my left side is weaker/less dense than the right side. I have shown the clinic, The Hair Dr / Leeds - they said nothing to worry about and too early to make assumptions like this, because anyways this has to fall out for new ones to come in it's place and its part of process. Just for me when I check in mirror daily and on my phone camera it does look significantly weaker. From people who have had HT before is this something to worry about or slight concern at Day 15 post the op? Currently just taking 1MG Finastride Oral / Nothing else. Clinic told me wait 4 weeks for Minoxidil usage. Thanks in advance
