  1. Thanks, I'm hoping for that January mark for it to really push out in the left temple and hairline
  2. Hey guys, I thought I'd do a video this time round to show my progress. I hope it's clear - i really struggle to take good pics with my phone using the front facing camera! So from Sept 3rd to today it is - almost exactly the 3 month mark This was taken just this morning: https://www.dropbox.com/s/oa4bso6o0p6g220/IMG_5618.mov?dl=0 I brushed my fingers through it to try to show as much - My personal feeling is that it's already better then when I was before I did my FUE. You can see some pre-op pics just above in this thread. My right side of temple has grown faster, the native hairs. I don't know if that is new hairs too there? My left is growing slower, I'm not worried because I know that the expectancy if I am right is to expect new years in month 4 and 5. My hairline looks a bit better already. I don't look at my hair everyday, not really bothered about it. Just letting it do it's thing being well aware that expectations where from month 4 and 5 to see new things taking place. I do see on my hairline new small hairs coming out when I do inspect a bit. But to be honest, I don't know sometimes what I should be looking out for and how to see if something is new or what's going on.
  3. Amazing man, can see it shaping up! I love following your progress because we are exactly the same timing, prob just a week off from each other and same grafts too! I took your lead and have been taking MSM and Hydraulic Acid tablets into my supplement stack, also Collagen Liquid. I do feel it has improved the feeling in my joints since using, especially since I workout 6 days a week. I really want to get into using Sauna and Cold Showers I havn't built that in yet. If I'm correct you are on Finastride right? I was on Finastride for 2-3 years, it was in the end when I started really seeing my hair thin out that I wanted to get off Finastride as I felt it did have in the last months of using it some effect on my sexual health and also i felt the power was waning off - and then the panic kicked in a bit more then i was like "i'm just going to get an FUE" - so since my FUE I'm using dutestride topical once a week (for 4 weeks) - now I'll start using it twice a week as I had no side effects from it I'll post my hair tomorrow in my thread! see if we have similarities. In your one it looks very even, on my one I feel like in this period of time my right temple has almost come back to of course not new growth but it's really grown either it's the native ones or something positive has happened there also. My hairline I can see some things happening and my left temple is better but it's growing slower
  4. Now you guys got me scared too 😜 Yes I can say myself I chose that clinic specifically for the reviews I saw on this forum which were very positive and also their google reviews are very good. That was how i made my decision. I understand you guys point also what your saying and meaning. I Hope the OP finds a solution to this, no one would want to be in his shoes. After I had my first and 1 FUE, I really don't want to do it again. I don't like the idea of shaving my head off and the waiting time for it to regrow and then on top of that the waiting time to regrow new hairs, this was really a one time thing for me personally. Let's hope OP finds a solution and the underlying cause why this underperformed. Out of curiosity, a case like this of the OP why could this happen to someone? Could it be a scalp or an underlying health problem? Something that the clinic wouldn't normally check, eg. I never had a "scalp examination" before mine. Would it really be the clinics fault or is it something out of their control and to do with the patients health?
  5. Really strange I did a FUE with them 2.5 months back, so far so good from my side. I will update my thread of course at the 6 months mark etc
  6. Yea' to be honest I just dug these up to post i never even looked at them myself since but I see it too. What do you mean major shed on top? you mean before I got the FUE done? Oh you mean, during this process of post FUE? All i rmbr is that those pics and vid i sent of me in August, that and 6 months prior to that I could just sense it getting worse and worse. Before it was only the left temple when I noticed the right temple going that was what drove me to just go and do it. Otherwise I didn't want to do an FUE and wanted it to come back with meds
  7. If this helps these were taken on: 4 August I did the FUE on 3 Sept Does that help? wow it actually looks crazy to see them, I do see myself better than that already tbh. Do you guys agree? I even did a video, https://www.dropbox.com/s/qlavu463pls0xrw/IMG_1588.MOV?dl=0 During the time before my FUE I would say for a year prior to FUE, or maybe even 2. I would always use thickening powder when i go out and also hair fibers. It really bothered me alot. I really hate this hairline and templates, was always conscious outside. Sometimes it was ok, a good haircut helped sometimes and just there was a time it did seem to be coming back naturally but then I would say the 6 months prior to Sept 3 - when I did the FUE...I really felt suddenly the finastride stopped working, maybe some element of sadness in my life added to it (a personal relationship) and i really didn't like how it was heading which made me make the decision finally to finish this issue once and for all.
  8. Ok that's good to know! Even though my hair looks ok not too bad from what I expected with shedding mentioned so much i was a bit like "oh no" about the left side but of course i have read and see others say in the first few months its not always equal growth. BTW this Friday I'll use for the first time that hair fibre product I mentioned i got, the one you wanted to see. Got some first time going out to some party lol this weekend and then next wed also - will tell you how those fibres sit. exactly for that left patch i want it to use on
  9. I thought I'd do a few more shots as I didn't like the quality of those ones above - so again this is at post 2.5 months
  10. Hey guys thought I'd show an update - my FUE was on Sept 3 and today is 21 Nov so I'm at - 2 months and a half So far I feel normal no issues at all. In terms of any shedding, maybe a small amount but nothing crazy which I was told may happen so not to worry about. My right side of my temple has regrown faster then my left side. I am guessing that is native hairs that were already there from the start? My left side is taking longer to grow back or get density, from my understanding this is nothing to worry about and I've been told to expect the new growth from January onwards. So at the moment I'm fine, if I have any concerns it's just my left side how it seems to be responding slower but that's just if I have to say something, overall I'm not expecting from the others I've seen who post and what I have been told to expect anyways from Jan onwards!
  11. The King is in town. I believe in what you reap is what you sow - the value, information you have provided to all of us in this thread is something else, only good can come to you my friend.
  12. I been using since after my FUE - since i went straight back into the gym...I'm now just over 2 months, you can see my progress on my thread. So far no issues with using creatine in my pre workout stack
  13. Hi guys, I want to get my teeth straightened. I have overcrowding and a few chipped ones. So I been in touch with 2 clinics in London, UK - They both told me moreless the same. They say they have to extract one tooth and then they will give me Invisalign Aligners. Veneers also for the teeth + a bit of composite bonding for chipped or grinded down teeth. I've been quoted the similar package from 2 clinics I visited and they both quoted me at 6-7K GBP. Duration, from start to finish a 9 month type of situation for the aligners to work their way over time. Now I contacted a few in Instanbul. On Youtube some examples of people that go over there for what is called the "Hollywood Smile" treatment. Based off pictures I'm getting a similar response from a few where they tell me: 1 tooth extraction Crowns I had one place quote me 2.7K and another 4.5K - Does anybody know the differences and any info on this? Or maybe a forum I could ask, why I'm being told here in UK about Aligners and both ones in turkey suggesting something else
  14. Damn the information you provide is so good man, I'm going to watch this and I heard of Rhonda before! My gym doesn't have a sauna but I might switch to one that does, because I can imagine after a workout directly would be the best effects of this.
  15. Hey Max, this is really interesting and i love reading your health insights. It's clear you are an active person and how you come across in your youtube video you did, very positive minded which imo all reflects on one's looks, demeanour as we all age! I'm really interested in the Sauna advice, I've been a regular gym goer for 5-6 years. Based on what you wrote i didn't realize it had such benefits, how often do you think a week is it recommended and for how long should one roughly stay in a sauna? With out hair at a 2 month mark can we be using a Sauna? I also have a friend of mine that does morning cold showers, i don't know if you know anything about that? He says thats good for similar things, mind, hair, skin.
  16. Thanks for the explanation, that helps and makes sense. I was under the impression it only happens in the area the FUE was done but it makes sense now, thank you
  17. I'm excited as well lol, really can't wait to finally style my hair as I want to. For over 2 years been combing it down to the side to hide and using hair fibres
  18. Ah ok, so it seems like i got some over there as you can see it's bit uneven now and there is a gap there too...i do remember that was the most painful part for me personally when they were taking those ones out That will grow back?
  19. That can happen in the donor area? I didn't know that, I thought that happens in the area where the work is done - eg. hairline and temples in my case
