  1. Hey guys, got some DM's asking for an update so I went ahead and did this morning. This is after a shower and was wearing a cap for over an hour just in the gym, so it's not styled in any way just pushed up My FUE was on Sept. 3 so now we are at - exactly 5 month mark! From my side I am seeing a pick up slowly of density I think. My right side temple is almost already there, my left side is getting better slowly, that was the side that i felt was growing slower. In my hairline and the front there is some type of gap going on there, I'm guessing that area needs more time. In terms of anything I am using: >Topical Dut 1-2x a week (I think it's 1ML) >I wash my hair every once every 2 days now (Something i did everyday) >Drying my hair, I always do natural now. Let it dry naturally, I used to blowdry everyday. Now I only use the blowdry so rarely, like....once every month maybe. > When I go out, I use a little bit of black fibres and hair thickener powder for covering the gaps and styling > I'm working out if that means anything 6x a week > I wear a baseball cap during workouts, I'm just conscious about it and don't want to see when I sweat gaps in the mirror etc so i prefer the baseball cap look > Eating healthy portions, but i moreless always have / been training for 7-8 yrs > I'm using creatine everyday for last 3 months (Few people seem to ask about that) > I've follower @MazAB on his supplement list too Overall I'm happy, happy because I know it's only 5 months. Of course hoping for a stronger showing in the next month or 2!
  2. you guys are scaring me for my one now - i hope i don't have issues like others
  3. I agree with WONDERKID hence I chose Dr Arshad Following on from this thread, I would say I had that ONLY ONE bad experience with them during the POST/RECOVERY time where that one incident of that phone call that really riled me up. Before, During and after in their own clinic I have no complaints. As for my hair, as long as it comes out right of course I won't even care about the staff member showing me bad attitude - at the end of the day results matter. As of now I would say there is progress from before I went there, I am in just over Month 4. I'm hoping for this month and the next to def. see some results and new movement. As of now I do see progress, at the same time I also see some gaps which I'm obviously hoping is nothing to be concerned about and I do now it's still early. Month 5 and 6 I should have a better idea and of course in my thread I will update. Like I said also, it's not nice seeing more and more people complain from the same place i went to around the same place I went to. On the other hand, if the results come in as expected and promised and hoped for, I will have no issues and will of course go back to these guys and recommend too.
  4. Hey guys I had an FUE with Hair Clinic on Sept 3. I am just over month 4. I have a thread I am updating. I can confirm I chose them based on the reviews I read here. I then checked his Google reviews and again they are all great, you can check and organize by most recent. Onto my experience / hair. Ok so there is improvement, it's not like NO IMPROVEMENT at all. There is definetely filling and some sort of growth taking place, especially my right template. There is an obvious "SLOW growth" to my left template. My hairline...also it's not amazing BUT at the same time I know I should be start to expect movement in Month 5 and 6. This and the next month. I only have one complaint with them, during the post phase, maybe month 2. I just raised some casual questions asking about my left temple why is it slower is it normal etc. I asked the question here on the forum too. They watch the forum, so when I contacted them asking about this one of their girls that work there immediately facetimed me which is fine but she went into a rant on me saying "This is the process! You should know this, please stop panicking and i read what you wrote on the forum too! If I knew you were like this we would not have done the surgery with you!" I got really angry at this agressive thing and said I'm not in panic, you are the professionals I'm just asking a question and she continued to talk to me like this so my personality is I cannot keep calm being spoken to like this so after being spoken to like this I couldn't help it and gave back a few swear words and told her I don't appreciate being spoken to like this like i am mentally ill or sick, you can see my face, you can hear my voice to now talk to me like this is unacceptable - and yes I did slide in a few F words. At this point she completely backed down and defended herself saying "She is an emotional person and she just wants the person and she is sorry if she came across as agressive". TBH after that point, I don't even want to contact them. It's not exactly "customer service" Even if you think your client is maybe paranoid or worried about something health wise or for what they paid for, even if they bother you 3x or whatever it was, as a company providing any type of service you have to relax and calm the patient and tell them what's happening and why. So that was 1 bad experience with them. I continue to update them monthly, I Was never upset or paranoid about anything, I know it takes time but naturally my first FUE of course after month 1 or 2 etc you have questions sometimes! So, so far I can only say that. In terms of actual growth - I will update my thread and maybe even try to find an old pic to show where I'm at. If I'm honest and seeing other people at this month mark I was def hoping for more BUT I'm not stupid and I know it's also this month and the next that in my case should be crucial according to majority of people where they start seeing changes. I don't want to hear from the clinic we should expect to see growth month 9-12 when the majority of people on this forum see growth at 5-6 month marks. As for blaming scalps thats not a good call either - then when you were doing it you should have noticed that and mentioned it to the client. Let's see how this goes, I'm not worried, I see the Google reviews there is positive reviews there. But of course it's not nice for me knowing i went to this place and around the same time i went is the same time it seems more negative reviews are coming based on results alone
  5. Your one looks a faster growth then mine considering the same timing, lucky!
  6. From the pics I posted maybe it wasn't that obviously coz my hair is naturally thick and but there was like thinning area very minor but they were there a little deeper into the hairline. It was not only the hairline and template - though those were the most obvious There were some areas like when I brush or comb through with my hair you could see small empty lines or patches, i think that's why they did that
  7. Realy looks epic man! Maybe it's just me but I don't see the unbalance on left side like your saying - here's to both of us for this month of Jan and Feb! I hope the thickness starts coming through!
  8. Hey man yes I agree, I'm def hoping for it. I noticed I didn't bother checking it really the first 3 months but now it's been 3 months now I do start looking at it a bit more - one day I can be happy with what I see then another like "please do something" lol - must be the phases alot of us go through in something like this I like your tactic of shaving it off - that way you are not bothered and can carry on with your day - i noticed your mannerisms and attitude to life, is really spot. I could learn alot from someone like you month 4 here we go and yes I think I'll use those fibres, i actually struggle with a good method to use fibres, i don't know my forehead i get it really messy and when i see i am sure i am doing something wrong - know any good vids on this?
  9. I got a potential opportunity for a video shoot for some work in Jan, I can push them back to the end of Jan that's I think why a bit impatient. I guess I'll have to use hair fibres to cover everything up
  10. That's where I am coming to now - I was actually pretty patient all this time but i think now it's like "Hello are you going to do anything"
  11. I think I'm starting to get to that point where impatience starts to kick in 😜 I really want to see the hairline filling in and the temples now, I know it's probably too early. If I had it on Sept 3rd I'm now moreless at the start of Month 4 mark. I took this, this morning to try to give idea where I'm at. Not sure if it's clear enough, I'm using the selfie camera which is less quality. I find it so hard to record or take pics using the front facing one! I brush through it a bit to give an idea, this is unwashed hair for 2 days type of look. From what I can see still alot of areas to fill in and hopefully get the new hairs growing soon. https://www.dropbox.com/s/9t1p3l9wo5qkixs/IMG_6260.mov?dl=0
  12. I agree with everything you wrote - it's about the habits and consistency. Thanks for this
  13. Hey guys, I'm doing this before New Years because I hate the idea of having to wait for new years to have a "Resolutions" I reviewed my year and even the year before. For 2 years I am missing a girl I let go, was all my fault. I even carry the guilt. Not just this but alot of things I spoke of, and said I will do I have not done. My progress the last 2 years has been pretty stagnant for a person with my skills and talents and level of discipline. I am really angry at myself, and want to use this pain and channel it into the right way and really go after my goals in 2022 - to erase these bad last 2 years. Have any of you been in such a situation? What did you do to turn things around, both financially and success wise? I hear alot the idea of people writing goals, then attaching dates to them. I have never done this and I am considering to now. Anything else?
  14. Yes correct, clinic told me also today it's coming on nicely. They told me they always tell people the 6 month mark is when they as the clinic expect growth but for sure on this forum from most people I see consistency in most people noticing changes in month 4 too! You are also on same timeline as me, you must also be in similar position to me Same to you man, really want to start that cold shower and sauna method. I was talking about you to my brother-in-law lol, ends up he does exactly the same method to as you regarding those 2!
  15. And just some more again from a sharper camera, would be keen to see what you guys think - going to update the clinic today also with this. Havn't sent them anything for 2-3 weeks now
  16. This is in another light and again pushed to exaggerate more, both temples. I'm just hoping these start pushing through from Jan onwards.
  17. So from Sept 3 > to today Dec 20 this is where I am standing right now guys. On purpose in these pics I tried to push my hair around to exagerrate it as best as I can to try to show what it looks like as best as possible without styling it and covering things up. I know I'm still in the waiting phase, hoping to expect new growth from the Jan mark onwards. My feelings are the same as in my past posts, left temple weaker then right. I've noticed just in the last week in the middle of my hairline a little gap. Otherwise I do feel my hair gets a bit fuller look weekly - but these I am guessing are anyways my native hairs growing back. Keen to see anyone's thoughts in similar experiences or stages!
  18. Yea for sure, I only use the fibers when I go out. In the gym I wear a cap anyways, always have actually helps me work out. Since my FUE I've only been out a few times, when this is much stronger I'll be out all the time. It's fine though I work from home and have used this time to really build my business. I went to an event used fibers but I did use some gel also. Hair looked great from the front but there was a crane camera and i just got the video of it, so i prob didn't spread fibres so great and using gel too so it's obviously the lack of density in that area that was shaved like from a higher angle of a camera, just noticed it now in a video i got sent
  19. I checked my hair today myself a bit - pushed it in few different directions. So this is post 3 months. I didn't wash my hair this morning so it's a bit crazy all over the place looking. As mentioned in past posts you can see that my right temple is much more covered type of look while the left is my weak area, from the start. Really can't wait for the hairs to start growing on that part to fill it in. does it look normal at this stage to a few of you? I pulled it down also to show how it looks in that area around where it was shaved down and how it is doing now from there too
  20. Wow that's amazing that my post can motivate you more! During the process, the bit at the start when they pull out the donor hairs, that's the most painful part so if you just grind through that bit - the whole process will be faster. They told me alot of people find that painful so sometimes people ask for breaks - but that just then makes the whole day go longer. Mine was done from morning and then finished at 4pm if i'm right. But I literally did not take any breaks, just the lunch break in middle.
  21. Are you taking any medication? Fin? For example I'm using Dutestride topical once a week - going to up it to 2x a week as I've had no sides from using it (Advice from clinic when you use it for first time to trial it once a week for 4 weeks)
