I think that for you much more grafts were needed. 1400 grafts was not enough to make a good hairline. Will you opt for a larger second surgery ?

I also had my HT on the same date as yourself. And yes i do have a lot of itching also, frequent washing seems to help ! im guessing its because we are just about to enter the growing phase..

I had my HT with Dr Maral a couple of months ago. I would say its the only time i have ever received the correct amount of grafts ! Dr Maral actually gave me a chance to count them all. Yes there was 1 poster that wasnt happy but he didnt even have a HT. There are plenty of cases where people have had good results and people are happy. I am happy so far and believe i will get the result im looking for. Having been on this forum for a good while it seems every single surgeon will occasionally have less than optimum results but this is usually rare and down to a individuals genetic make up.

Personally i would choose a recommended Surgeon for your next surgery. After 2 strip surgerys your not happy its not worth anymore risks !

Hi No i have only been to longevita once. The Ht surgeon i had is no longer with them. Maral klinik gave me the grafts they said they would. So they aimed for 2000 and we ended up with 2800. I actually wanted some BHT (Chest) done but Dr Maral actually said i didnt need it - I would have been paying a lot more for this. This is a Surgeon who isnt just after your money. The work is the most refined i have had done to date. They took a lot longer than any of my Hts so far - so im guessing that this is the only time i have a true graft count. My recovery was also pain free - as was the surgery apart from the first few numbing shots. They paid more attention to me than my other 3 hts also. The whole experience was much better overall. Dr Maral spent longer in planning the work and only proceeded when i was totally happy.

Hi To be honest i would recommend the Maral Klinik - the experience i have just had 2 months ago with them was the best yet. And this was my 4th HT ! each time i have had a different surgeon from other places. This work so far seems excellent. There is quite a few people on here that have had good results from this Klinik. Longevita i found out did not give me anywhere near the grafts they was supposed to and the work wasnt very refined.

This does not look good at all - even with blurry pics it would appear you have a pluggy style hairline. And there is no density whatsoever. Start looking at the recommended Drs on this website. You should expect a much better improvement next time !

Hi Would leave the crown and go for as many grafts you can get in your frontal zone. Cant see anything wrong with your crown tbh.

Ok so there is some improvement from pre-op but certainly not what I would expect from the amount of grafts used. So yes I would agree a second pass would help a great deal - especially from the front view.
