Average = 2,04 hairs/FU. The main goal of this patient was to rebuild frontal 1/3, leaving crown for a second procedure. All the pictures, except the surgery ones, were provided by the patient. 5. BHR Clinic Dr. Christian BISANGA Age: 33 Technique: Strip Medication: No Donor density: 70 FUs/cm2 Hair calibre: Medium Previous surgeries: Yes Total FU: 3.071 * FU breakdown:- 1s 663 2s 1674 3s 645 4s 89 That means 3.071 FU = 6.302 Hairs. Average = 2,05 hairs/FU. This patient had 3 previous surgeries without achieving her goal: 2 strip procedures + an “expander” between those surgeries. As a result, she had a scarring scalp so her case was considered a major repair. Recipient area had also an important number of “plugs” and the patient had to comb in a very specific way to hide the situation. After a consultation with Dr. Bisanga, it was decided to not remove those plugs but to recreate a new hairline and put new FU among those plugs. The patient did not want to shave her donor area for a FUE procedure, so she preferred Strip technique. All the pictures except the surgery ones have been provided by the patient herself. Pre-surgery Post-Surgery 3,5 Months 15 Months 0-15 Months
  6. Dear Legend007, As far as I know, the patient was very pleased with the final outcome. As EJ pointed, he had good hair characteristics. I would highlight the "wavy" kind of hair he has since that helps in terms of coverage and density. We were in touch with the patient during the whole process and never mentioned anything about redness or skin a such. If it helps, the patient wrote this about his procedure: Best regards,
  7. Dear Grigriman, Thank you so much for the update. Looking forward to see the evolution in the next months. Kind regards,
  8. Dear all, Thanks for your comments about Dr. Bisanga and BHR Clinic. @ TrixGlendevon. Dr. Bisanga performs FUT surgeries. At present probably FUE is the most used technique, but we still do FUT / Strip procedures. Here a few examples: @ Superdudeo. I believe Dr. Bisanga is one of the doctors who has taken several of the most challenging repair cases. EJ is an example of it, but here you can see some other examples if I am allowed to show: Repair case 01 Repair case 02 Repair case 03 Repair case 04 Repair case 05 Kind regards,
