  1. how many grafts did you get? Where did you get your procedure done? Do you have before and after pics? Looks like you had a pretty decent hairline to start off with.
  2. sorry if this has been mentioned. I must have missed it if it was, but are you currently on any medication?
  3. It is up to you whether you want to risk it, but you spent all that money and time .. why not play on the safe side. I am sure at 3 months, you are safe to apply a generous amount of sunblock on your scalp... but you should ask your Dr to be sure.
  4. you're just fishing for reason not to at this point. Just like everything in life, you can end up with something that isn't the "norm".. Ie a defective TV, car, etc from the most reputable companies. Medical procedures are never 100% as you can never predict the outcome 100%, as your body's response is a big contributing factor. All you can do is look at the big picture, and see whether the majority produces an outcome you are willing to risk paying for.
  5. Shera, I get why for instances where a procedure was done for NW under 5, but in some cases, I have seen FIN prescirbed where there really isn't any point saving a total of 100 native hairs and risk the sides.
  6. hairline is a bit high in the before pics, but doesn't look like signs of thinning... I rather have a higher hair line that is dense and natural looking, than a lower, sparse or thick pluggy hairline... again this is only my opinion. if OP is happy with it, it is money well spent
  7. glad you are happy with the results, but the hairline doesn't look very natural, imo
  8. I wonder why they prescribe FIN post op for only 6 months... I understand that MIN would theoretically speed up the transplanted hairs into growth mode, but if the new hairs are DHT resistant, why use FIN?
  9. the implantation of the grafts into the recipient area won't change... the artistic outcome will always be excellent, but the question is whether their extraction technique can yield a high rate of usable grafts. I am sure HW will not implant grafts that appear damage and won't grow... I have faith that the FUE for HW will be great. They have too much on the line to officially offer the method to the general public. They were probably offering it to certain clients unofficially prior to updating their website. The only thing I would be concerned about is the over harvesting due to numerous grafts being damaged in the process of extraction... I guess only time will tell...
