If it was me I wouldn't waste valuable grafts if the area is badly damaged from previous Surgery's but that's just me, only your dr can advise you unfortunately

Yeh I hear what your saying I've read tht dut can bring on a heavy shed, I switched because after 6 years I felt propecia had lost its effectiveness, like any drug I think you build a tolerance up, so I felt the best thing to do is change to something stronger, I still have a decent amount of hair for 32 and a transplant it out of the question for me as I have had reactions to local anthestic, so I'll see how this dut goes, apart from the shed no other sides yet

Just looking for some advice, I switched to Avodart last month from propecia as I felt it wasn't as effective as when I started it 6 years ago, Since II've been taking Avodart I notice my hair seems to be shedding more, A month in now and yesterday suffered a massive shed, something I'd never experienced before on propecia, is this normal Thanks for your help Steve

No you can't cut it up as it comes in capsule format it's not like fun than comes as a tablet

You stated inherited hairloss in early 20s is not normal I'm simply telling you it is normal it's very common and the top surgeons in the world would agree

I have to disagree with you MPB can certainly start in your late teens early 20s

I feel your almost certainly going to loose more hair, you need to take fin for a year or so see how your hairloss is then, jumping straight into a transplant without any kind of maintenance of existing hair is going to be a dissapointment as your lost will continue, this will result in further procedures at an early age

I think surgery is the only way tbh mate, but even then your ganna need about 40k in the bank because your still going to be losing hair in your lifetime

It's not a medication it's simply a bunch of natural ingredients

I'm a Norwood 3 and have stayed there for years and from fin and minox, if I stay 3 all my life I'll be a happy man, what people don't realise with a transplant is they are buying into a long term thing, unless u have 40k in the bank forget it

I recently switched to avodart form fin, as I to feel fin was getting less effective was on it 5 years, I feel that dut is stronger, I find it difficult getting and maintaining an erection, I will prob stop it soon, I'd rather be bald than have no man hood

Looking at your pics you didn't need a hair transplant to start with so whateva dr has performed it is unethical and needs to be named

You won't have a proper dr doing the extraction they will jepodise your growth as most use beauticians, don't say I didn't warn you I'm going to post a picture of my mates one he had done in turkey

Just thought I'd write this review with my experience with this clinic Very very dodgy operation going on here, I had a consultation with someone called Paul hill, it was in Harley street but the Hiding name was "be cosmetic", himself looks like the nutty professor with tuffs on peroxide blonde hair, I'm presuming to give more density to he's already transplanted hair, he in fairness was ok and seemed knowing of what he was talking about. After the consultation I was called on various different mobile numbers from someone called Tony from the ukhairtransplant clinic, he was pressuring me to pay the deposit and secure a slot ASAP as apparently the do over 60 procedures a week and are very busy, I told him I suffer from panic disorder and I'm allergic to andreline that is the main ingredient in the local anthnestic, he told me not to worry they will use a different one, I ask him if he was a DR and he said he wasn't, I the. Again told him it's very important I speak with the DR regarding this issue he again told me I needed to pay the deposit 1st. Now I only ever spoke to one DR before about this situation and that was a DR Marwan Saifi whom told me hands down he wouldn't put me and risk as andreline is a very important substance in hair restoration as the scalp is extremely rich in blood supply and told me he would risk my life by doing it and turned me away (very ethical dr) But ukhairtransplant don't seem to care about this at all they don't speak to the surgeon they don't get him to call you they just want your money, want you to go in taking a chance you could come to serious harm. This TONY from ukhairtransplant bombarded me with called morning evening night, even when I told him I was at work I couldn't talk please call back he just didn't stop. I have now found out that ukhairtransplant are nothing but a broker a middleman that make commission by referring you to a surgeon, typical uk practice, everyone try to cash in somehow, avoid this place Thanks D
