    Finasteride will slow your rate of progression. Been on it 9 years but it won't maintain your hair forever you will probably need multiple surgerys and plenty of $$

    hey mick thanks for you input im glad you had a good result, looking at things would you agree with me, 1. you had a excellent donor 2. you were at a good age and your hair loss pattern was quite well established (older folks tend to do well with HT)
