    regretht, you make a good point - it is probably best if don't allow hairloss to bother you. That way you are happy and also richer! To gain more credibility you have to tell us who your doc was and probably share a few pictures of your result. That is what everybody is going to tell you.

    Dr A, great work as always. Did he have a HT before he came to you - I ask this cos he seems to have an unusual balding pattern in the preop pics.

    Scottishguy, as far as I can tell - I was doing fine until I was sleeping at an angle and one day I slept normal and ended up with slight swelling over the eyes. I found it useful to gently massage the swelling over to the sides and sleep at an angle. The swelling is because of saline injected into the scalp during the surgery and it will move down the body due to gravity. So try and remain upright as much as possible to aid this process.

    TTP, I have followed ur progress with great interest (as a fellow Dr A patient). It is nice to read and see that your scar is so thin. You still have the option of cutting your hair short. I have read on the forums that hair growth comes in waves. I pray your next growth wave kicks in sometime now. Take care.

    The growth is just kicking in. I think in a couple more months you will should see a nice improvement.

    Roots, great result. I think you were fortunate to get a good doctor. People just beat Bosley to death blindly out here but there are a few good docs in Bosley as well. Is Bosley really that cheap? I thought they charged way more than that?

    Guys, just posted my 5 month update. Things are looking good at this point. My hairline is high considering my age and level of hairloss but I am pretty happy with how things are progressing. Appreciate the comments. How much more can I expect?

    There is no suggested doc in Dubai at this time. You can check with Dr. Humayun in Pakistan. I remember reading a post where he was planning to start something in Dubai. Else your best bet is Dr.P in Thailand.

    Dr Lindsey, thanks for presenting examples of your work. What was the donor density in this patient? Can you provide his strip dimensions? Also, I always wonder how the doctor keeps track of the number of slits he makes without getting distracted and losing count.

    arnolder, atomic and raphael. Many thanks for your comments. Makes me feel better. I am really hopeful and optimistic at this point. Good thing for me I found this website before visiting Bosley. Good luck to your guys. Raphael, what r ur thoughts on Omega 3. Is that helping you? Have you shared your thoughts on that before? And your signature says SMS - I think you mean MSM ?
