  1. Mate that looks solid man, your going to have brilliant results. Looks brilliant! I may have to go and meet this talented man for a consultation!
  2. To the OP. This has been a brilliant thread to follow. Thank you so much for taking the time to post you results. 10/10 from me (I'm no expert).
  3. So does Dr Bisanga perform the whole procedure when based in Brussels?
  4. Mate I am no expert at all on the subject matter (I've come here to research the Dr). This is only 3 months in and you look fantastic. As you rightly said your now waiting for the thickness (and it'll come). This is impressive so far. Please do keep posting.
  5. How where the results? He does still advertise those services on his website. You really don't seem taken by Dr Umar. Is there anyone you particularly like FUE wise and has history of working with my hair type.
  6. Thank you so much for such an informative post. You have given me a lot to work on. I will spend a good amount of time looking through the forum. I will then update you on my thoughts of their work. Regarding Dr Umar, its sounding like if I want excellent rather than decent results he may not be the person to see given my expectactions. I really want to get a surgeon that consistently achieves high quality results, my lack of homework cost me.
  7. Oh wow thank you so much. This is really helpful. I have been doing a lot of homework. I have found Dr Dieps team a nightmare to deal with. I have actually wasted a trip from the UK to USA as they cancelled last minute! I have stumbled across Dr Umar and he looks decent. I do wish he head more results but I shall be going through the forums to have a look at more of his work. I must say I do like the look of what I've seen so far from him. I shall be sure to look at the rest of the Drs. Thanks again for giving me some quality pointers. It is much appreciated.
  8. Dear Ladies and gents, as per the title really but heres a little background. A few years ago I underwent an FUE transplant in Turkey and long story short I didn't realise that my hair texture required a surgeon with experience of my hair type. I only found this out a few years later when I actually bothered to do some proper homework. Unfortunately I paid the price for my ignorance with a much less than satisfactory result. I am now older and hopefully a lot wiser! I wanted to know if anyone could recommend me FUE specialist that have good experience and proof of high quality work with persons of Afro-Carribean descent. If it helps I am from the UK but would happily travel for a surgeon with great results and a clinic with excellent follow up care. I look forward to your replies and posting my results and journey along the way. Many thanks in advance, Stephen.
  9. Dear All, As per the title I want to perform FUE surgery I am of West African descent. I basically wanted to know who are the surgeons that consistently achieve consistent results with people of my ethnic background. I am from London, England but happy to travel for the right surgeon. I look forward to hearing your replies. Many thanks, Stephen.
  10. Are you able to share links. Thanks for your post
  11. Speedboatchase, That is very helpful. I will be emailing them over the weekend. I too will be turning 30 in January and need to end this hair loss of mine! You results really do look fantastic the more i look at them. I am excited for you and can't wait to share my results on here as well. I like the fact that his work is very aggresive and not conservative. I hope they have slots for January.
  12. thank you for posting how are you getting on? I personally can see why you decided to have a hair transplant good on you buddy.
  13. this looks good please keep us updated. Did you offer yourself for the promotional discount or where you offered the discount by the clinic without asking? Many thanks.
  14. Danyb looks good so far, praying things work out for you this time around.
  15. Thanks for posting updates on your progress you look fantastic. Great results and your hair seems to be getting thicker and better with each new picture you share.
  16. Hello Dr Hakan Doganay, I have been sending emails to the email address you've given me already. Asking lots of questions. Would you like pictures of my facial hair as well?
  17. Thank you for your reply Dr Doganay. Would it be advisable given my age to keep donor area on my head or use my head hair for my transplant. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Also being a patient of West African descent are there other factors that I would need to consider. ETA also may I ask how will ones face respond? Im concerned about scarring on my face what steps are taken to prevent this? Would my face become sore to touch after the procedure and for how long?
  18. Quiff01 Im new to this but this Dr is one I've been following quite closely. I would say its looking good based on all the pics ive seen of other HT cases. Please do not get bored of posting results.
  19. Ive been doing a little more homework would anybody be able to explain to me why beard hair was used and not the hair on the patients head. What are the disdadvantages and advantges of this technique? I am relatively young (28) and I am worried about using all of my donor hair on my head in case I have further hair loss. Was this the reason for this patients decision?
