  1. Looks like some shock loss. I wouldn't worry too much, you should turn the corner very soon.
  2. The podcast will be tomorrow at 10 AM Pacific, 1 PM EST and 7 PM CET. Don't miss it!
  3. Anyone can write a review on google. A lot of reviews are also right after surgery. You can have a pleasant experience and receive bad results. The reviews you should look at are here.
  4. Ive been on dutasteride now for 3 weeks, I’m applying it 2x per week.
  5. At 65 the chances of you becoming a NW7 is slim to none. Hair matters no matter how old you are, you chose one of the best.
  6. The picture is shopped a little, but damn, this is sad.
  7. Dr. Konior will tell you stick with Ron. You’re already in great hands, no need to change docs.
  8. Wide strip scar, multiple HTs, some from the 90s when techniques weren’t very good and surgeons used chunky grafts. Based on this alone your case sounds difficult. Some patients who just need more density claim they’re repair patients. While others have had plug surgeries, wide scars, depleted donors and claim they’re not. I think anyone who needs to have something corrected i.e., scarring, pitting, cobblestoning should be considered repairs.
  9. The 7 per graft is only for repair cases, which is often more expensive at many top clinics. I know some clinics in Europe charging more for repairs. There’s no way Dr. Pekiner is comparable to Dr. Bisanga, not even close IMO. Dr. Mwamba is comparable and almost the same price for a regular non-repair case. Also, there is only one market, the hair transplant market. There are different sectors for different quality of clinics. Location doesn’t mean anything. People travel all the time to get a procedure, so locations don’t really matter.
  10. It is all subjective, a better thing to do is start looking at the surgeons gallery and patient reviews, then use our advanced search page to research the doctors that impress you. You might like a surgeons design, while someone may prefer someone else.
  11. Will be following closely, I love that Dr. Bisanga is a straight shooter.
  12. Use our list of recommendations as a starting point for research. https://hairtransplantnetwork.com/best-hair-transplant-surgeons
  13. If you live in Vancouver, H&W really are a no-brainer.
  14. It’s subjective, some people prefer some surgeons hairlines to others. Even amongst top clinics. I would suggest looking at the review section and start looking at clinics reviews. You will fine which hairlines you prefer fairly quickly.
  15. ^This, instagram isn’t a good metric to judge a clinic. Having 90k followers means nothing. Dr. Konior doesn’t even have an instagram page, yet he’s arguably one of the best surgeons in the world. Use this forum to research.
