Wide strip scar, multiple HTs, some from the 90s when techniques weren’t very good and surgeons used chunky grafts. Based on this alone your case sounds difficult. Some patients who just need more density claim they’re repair patients. While others have had plug surgeries, wide scars, depleted donors and claim they’re not. I think anyone who needs to have something corrected i.e., scarring, pitting, cobblestoning should be considered repairs.
