You might want to maximize the scalp donor supply by donor recharging, but also maximize hair quality with Acell and PRP. -

Each doctor's experience is a reflection of the outcome. Instruments and protocols also play key roles in ensuring minimal transection. Destroying hair is essentially the same process as hair loss. Hair characteristics don't yield higher transection for FUE experts; those who won't compromise the results. -
Trained eyes can count the FUE grafts and sites. Patients who obtain immediate post-op photos have the product documented.

Don't pursue surgical hair restoration thinking that you won't experience future hair loss. If you don't consider the possibilities of progressive hair loss, and a mature hairline as a result of aging as a male, don't expect to regain the hair that you once had in grade school. Consider and research patients who had surgery and may or may not have discontinued medical therapy and thought that they could have natural-looking results after deciding to have no further surgery. Don't think that the best hairline surgeon will perform the procedure knowing your current or future expectations can't be met. -

Start with FUE, but investigate FUT if you don't mind the linear scar. -
Start with medical therapy even if you consider surgery. Begin with a conservative procedure to treat the crown. If you don't lower the hairline, it would be smart to do 1000 FUE.
