those are just punch insertions , very Normal with a HT , we cannot replicate Nature with the minute openings ... but we can get as close to Natural .... No Need to worry over this ... its nothing and Perfect and Normal . go live your life .... it has bigger Holes that you need to cover ))

well I agree to disagree to Mr. Sethicles . We do not document that FUT has 95 % V/s FUE 80 % , it is very well documented by Patients and Most veteran Doctors agree that FUT is the gold standard , we did not publish the standards . Yes its true that scars are a problem in FUT with a short Buzz , but then you definitely get Great Results when compared Oranges to Oranges , Not to say that some results do Fail , But then No one said that FUE is Total Success . The point here is NOT to dispute anyone , but to educate the fellow sufferers that yes FUT is superior with Yeild and Yes the scar is also a Issue , BUT even the blunt punches of FUE Leave Moth Like Holes so none is 100 % Scar free . And the grafts in FUE are much much fragile hence the 75-80% survival , if you think that FUT was so so outdated and scary ... why do the doctors still perform it ?? Now do not say that they Lack the ART* to learn FUE , NO one's Mother delivered a FUT Smart doctor from Birth .... we all learn skills ... so even FUE is a skill any feller or Path can Learn . Its not about the techniques its about Results and all that Matters .

without a grain of doubt , FUT is far far more grafts growing when compared to FUE , as we all know by now that FUE is approx 80% v/s FUT that games for 95 % survival as the Fat surrounding the FUT grafts are meatier and more so its NOT a Blind technique , that said I think people just get put off by someone cutting their skull open as opposed to drilling it with thousands of punches which I think is MORE Trauma that cutting as we all know that HT works on the superficial skin and not in the deep areas of the Head so No one is really going Mental or Nuts Here I think as dr. feller has rightly said if its small go for FUE , if larger Like 2000 or more just opt for FUT .... it is Gold standard just for Nothing ..... grafts not only grow Robust but are also Thicker and More Lively in the Long Run when compared to FUE , Also I have read many stories wherein FUE Grafts get Thinner with time , maybe becos of the disrupted Blood supply but again I am not an expert , I have seen some really stellar results with FUT when you compare it to FUE .

Dr Bisanga has always rocked the HT industry with Great Results , Its a Norm that as soon as you see Bisanga's Name here , U already know its a GREAT Result , Moreover the clinic is very principled as they Never Over charge on the Number of Grafts and work with honest , when I consulted them as I did with other doctors , they were the people quoting the Least Number of Grafts than Most . Graft Counting has become the Fire in the Belly , as more and More patients have begun to take Note of their Hard earned Money .

Dr. Bhatti has some great results , I would choose to stay away from Dr. Hakan . But I seriously doubt you will get anywhere near a fuller density with just 3000 grafts , becos the mid scalp itself will consume 3000 , considering that you are almost blad on that area , and also that the Mid scalp is the hardest to grow hair , many grafts fail on that area in FUE as the blood supply is not very great as in the frontal hairline. Anyways you have chosen a good doctor , just consult him , I think you will need atleast 5000 grafts , but then I am not an expert .

I would never advice anyone to touch Propecia , whatever anyone here says , the stories around the internet are too scary , you think all these stories are just made up? Then why did the FDA decide to change the List of symptoms and List a whole lot of complications on the Pack ? if there were just a Few symptoms , then why even insist to write the other dangerous ones? hi , so you say that it is obvious that after a HT , it is known that hair thins in the HT Area , and it again gains thickness? what I mean to ask you is that "Does it Grow back again ( HT Hair ) or the Density that has been lost will never grow again and has shed for life ?? My friend has Lost quiet a density in the Frontal HT Area after 14 months and is concerned that those will never grow back ? so he might plan another FUE . I think he will wait after reading your reply , as for meds even after the Post Op . he nevr took any medication and YET Had a super result , BTW he had 3000 Fue spread over 2 days of surgery !!!! Pls give inputs as we think the patient observation is more precise than a Clinical Observation !

Thanks Dr. Feller , the way you explained was terrific , although I am not a science guy by a long margin , but i fully understood your calling. My friend has also read your Answer , and surely it was FUE and Not FUT ,, so in all it was not any fault of the surgeon , who in this case happens to be the Best in FUE around the world . I hope any other FUE Doctor who reads this can please present his Point of view , Learning is Never and should never be Limited , so I urge all to please participate in this discussion .

hi guys , as the title suggest , one of my close friends , Aged 42 had a HT last year at a leading clinic which has now shifted to Madrid , although he was very happy just a few months back , Now at exactly 14 Months post his HT , it seems he is Loosing the Density ( which was very good ) at the Hair Transplanted sites , it is NOT the Native hair which seems to have Lost its Bulk , BUT the Hair that were Transplanted . He is Obviously Not happy , I wanted to Know if anyone here has / had the same Issues ? how did they fix it ? Any valuable input is welcome and thanks in advance . Also please note that he had from the beginning Never taken any medication ( Propecia or Rogaine ) ,

Oops sorry , surely messed the O.P non co-operation with that of the Clinic . But anyways I wish that the Lady must must commit the name of the clinic , which I think she will after her hubby gets the growth , becoz I do not think she will ever go back to the same clinic in question once the results are known !

well do not wish to jump the gun yet , But I also have a similar experience wherein the Doc is Edrogan and I was also quoted double the number of grafts than Dr. Radha (India ) That really raised the Red flag for me , and I decided Otherwise . this is a very Lucrative business in the world right now , as more and more people are getting hit by HairLoss and eventually everyone knows that a good HT can fix a lot of their confidence and get them the Life they wish for , hence the surge in Demand , Its really not cool to butcher guys like us who are on a TIGHT BUDGET , and it surely is unethical , But the color of Money surely rubs the Morale in the wrong direction . Hi , if memory serves me correct , I recall that u had a FUT last year with Dr. Radha . Sorry if you were not happy with the outcome , coz its a bit early to jump in a second cut . I think if i were you i wud have waited a bit longer , like 2-3 years , becoz i believe the trauma is Huge on the scar tissue and say what the surgeon may , It takes a while to heal completely . Not that I am an expert , but sometimes i think common sense wins Hands down. are u again with Dr. Radha ? and have to continued wit propecia ?

I have always Maintained that Finasteride does have legitimate side effects apart from the sexual references , Drug companies will never admit , BUT we have the internet to check the testimony of a huge number of people admitting that it did make them feel otherwise . Infact there is evidence that 5 AR is needed for Normal Brain activity , as such No human activity is rendered useless by the Creator ! when they Lower the DHT , not only it effects the chemistry of the body , it DOES CAUSE Depression , Anxiety , Kidney Pressure , sexual and even irritation in Mood dis-order and of course suicidal thoughts , ALL this has been documented but for some strange reason we are only Reading the Benefits and not the Doubts . Maybe I am wrong , but evidence suggest that there is No smoke without fire ..... Google it

I think FUE is more Labour intensive , considering that A STRIP is almost extracted in 10 mins , and for FUE the graft punch , manual or otherwise takes almost an hour
