  1. Yes it is ok to do pretty much anything at this point. If it was just a few days post op I would worry about popping of grafts.
  2. Your temples look good, you just need 1000 grafts to fix your hairline density. Don't waste precious grafts on temples as they are already in good shape. And please go for shave procedure, you can not afford to risk your second Hair Transplant.
  3. It's best to judge your donor after one year.. Still You have two options. 1) Get SMP, it's a scalp micro pigmentation. Also do note that it does require touch up after few years. In simple words it's a black dot tattoos.. 2) Hair Transplant, this is permanent and can be easily done by a reputed Hair Transplant surgeon. If you are on medications and your hairloss is not aggressive you can use your donor grafts or bank on beard Grafts Can you please name the surgeon?
  4. Every medicines have side effects, Finasteride is no exception but please be aware that side effects of Finasteride is blown out of proportion on Internet. Side effects from Finasteride is rare but if you are one of those unlucky guy's who gets side effects from Finasteride you can stop it but no harm in trying. Anyways i will leave it upto you, please do a proper research. Good Luck
  5. Always start Medications especially Finasteride before Hair Transplant. You need to stay on medications for Atleast a year and then start researching for Hair Transplant. Dr Pekiner response is quite ethical and it's better you start medications first. But given your situation a highly doubt you will see any regrowth but yes some thickness can be expected. Minoxidil and Finasteride combo works great for some. You can also add Dutasteride
  6. Shock losses are temporary and it varies from person to person to person. It's a temporary shedding which is happening and please start Finasteride or DUT to Atleast slow your hairloss
  7. Exactly, anyways what's done is done. What's your future plan now?
  8. Your last Hair Transplant was 2.5 months back, you need to have patience now. Let your second hair transplant grow fully and then assess it

  10. Beautiful results and crown has improved lot. Still three more months to go..
  11. Dr. Patrick Mwamba and Dr. Pradeep Sethi should be in your list. Have you consulted any of these two? Dr. Sethi is very well known for complex repair procedure
  12. The density is the concern. Still lot of see through gaps.. What did the doctor said about your current photos? Still four months to go, I hope your Hair Transplanted hair thicken up soon...
  13. Temporary Hair sheds are pretty common when you are into Hair Loss medication like Rogaine. Finasteride is safe drug to use there is no chance of high grade tumor. Which brand of Finasteride says such things?
  14. Love the hairline design, good you have opted for bit mature hairline than going for lower hairline. It's perfectly normal at 4 months. The patchiness will fill up in coming months..
  15. It's really strange your surgeon is not responding? Please name him. You need to consult dermatologist and get into antibiotics for acne.
  16. You are into medications and approaching the age of 40. Your Hair Loss is not aggressive and you have done your research regarding HT. You have selected excellent doctor too so why be confused? Just go for it How many grafts did Dr. Recommended?
  17. Was your donor area properly examined by Eugenix before Hair Transplant? If both the doctors says your donor is excellent, I think it's fair enough to trust them given their expertise in HT
  18. Dr. Sethi, Dr. Arika and Dr. Das are three very well known doctors from Eugenix. I guess Dr. Vinita is new or may be no one has shared any experience with her yet. Which cost package is Dr. Vanita from Eugenix?
  19. Grooming is very important after Hair Transplant. Your current pictures shows that this HT is a success. Avoid another hair transplant as of now
  20. At the age of 24 my only advice is stay on medications for Atleast few years. Till then, research. You have quite aggressive Hairloss at 24, so please don't jump into Hair Transplant Atleast for few years. There are lot of good doctors who are recommended in this forum check their results and have an in person consultation if possible. Good luck
  21. You are planning to switch from Finasteride to Dutasteride completely or plan to take Dutasteride weekly? As we all know, Finasteride blocks 75% of DHT and Dutasteride Blocks 92% of DHT
  22. Unfortunately you are among those unlucky guys who experience side effects of Finasteride. Try to reduce the dosage and check. Why are you not trying Minoxidil?
