    Surgery should be last resort, remember bad hair transplant is quite tough to fix. So please do your research. My advice, avoid HT and try to experiment with your hairstyle.

    Still seven months left and that's plenty of time for your hair to fill up. Avoid stressing out.

    1) Be on medications (Finasteride and Minoxidil) for year or two before jumping into Hair Transplant. 2) Get an appointment with a reputed Dermatologist. If you are suffering from dandruff then try Nizoral shampoo. 3) Supplementing testosterone may accelerate Hairloss. I would avoid. 4) Chances of side effects from Finasteride is very rare but it's totally reversible once you stop. My advice start Finasteride, if you experience any side effects quit it. 5) Please talk openly to your GP. 6) Wearing Caps doesn't cause Hairloss.

    People do crazy things like you mentioned, but their goal is to protect their newly hair transplanted grafts. Some people do tend to scratch their head while they are in deep sleep so such crazy methods do help them. It depends person to person but my advice is do your best to protect your grafts for at least seven days after your surgery

    Everything is right on track. As per your current photos, there is no visibility of FUT scar which is great. Now that your surgery is done, please focus on your growth and avoid FUT vs FUE threads as it will make you more anxious.

    That's the problem with majority of guys who are scared of Finasteride. They just simply get scared without even trying Finasteride. Every medicine causes some or the other side effects and Finasteride is no exception. There are side effects of Finasteride too and one is ED but the side effects is very rare and it's completely reversible once you stop. Our Generation is lucky to have a drug like Finasteride and Dutasteride which can slow down our Hair loss.

    You need to stay calm and that's the only option you have right now. The concerns what you have raised regarding the clinic is really disheartening. Eugenix really had the potential to be the best but unfortunately they are just going down the hill now.. But saying '' third world country '' is definitely wrong even though you are an Indian still this is not fair to comment like that. Anyways wish you luck

    Looks good and i am glad you are happy with the coverage of your Hair Transplant. The complaint which you have raised is indeed disheartening.. Eugenix seems to be focusing too much on quantity and hence their quality is going down.

    Exactly my thoughts. Makes me wonder whether Dr. Rahal really reviews the photos of patients or it's their assistant who share their own thoughts.

    Please grow your hair little bit more. It's strange Dr. Hussain Rahal straight away rejected you based on photos, in person consultation is useful to determine the quality of donor Hair. You should have consultation from Eugenix as they are very good in high Norwood cases
