Be aware though that he does not normally extract or place the grafts on fue, his team of techs do both, he does the incisions and the design, the techs do the rest!! Interestingly iv often seen some wow results that are not necessarily that natural looking!! However iv often wondered about if a natural hairline only contains single hairs which are usually the lighter thinner ones to start with what happens when someone naturally recedes?? For example if my natural hairline went back 2cm from its original position then my frontal hairline at that point wouldn't been the thinner single hairs as they've been lost and surely my new hairline would contain courser hairs and doubles etc?? Is this true??

6 months, wow !!!!

It's very difficult to tell as the before picture is wet and combed to expose the weakness but the after is combed to discuses it and is dry!! That said you've got great hair anyway by the looks of it so if you need a top up I'm sure youv plenty of donor and your current situation is great hair wise!! Only you will be able to tell and it's wether your happy or not that counts!!

Propecia and minoxl and biotin, or say you had a thyroid problem which u have now resolved! It's all looking good!!

That's a terrible response from the clinic!!! They look like they've stripped your donor and youv had very little growth from what they implanted !!! A clinic basically saying the works shit but it could of been shitter!!! I hope you find some sort of solution!!! Keep your chin up!!

Amazing result as are all your others!! But I have to ask, several of your patients seem to have much better looking donors after you have extracted 4000 plus grafts, how is this possible? This guy for example looked to have very limited donor before the first op then after the 2 be op has matured his donor areas looks twice as good as it did before anything was extracted??? Qdos on the result though!!

Agreed with^^^^^ I did exactly what you have done then cancelled and went with dr Feriduni in Belgium and very glad I did!! If you only want to stay in the uk then first choice without doubt is Lorenzo in Manchester who is amazing, also dr reddy has some really good results in London in fact I cancelled and consult with him before my research led to Belgium he unheard of on the forums then but has shown some nice results! If u can travel Belgium is great, Feriduni, mwamba, bisanga all really top notch!! Like Lorenzo!! But I have to say erdogan( Asmed) has shown some examples over the last week on here that are mind boggling, wouldn't rule him out, has had problems with getting back to people I believe but gas a new premises and a rep called Denny on here who has just had a procedure from him. All the above are really good so just get some consults sorted and see who you feel most comfortable with !! Good luck!!

Won't worry then m8, if that's what the clinic do then just stick with what they say, don't worry about the popping, your scalp has been manipulated , stretched and cut I'm sure everything is fine!! Happy growing!

There's a lot of scabbing and I'm no expert but I'd imagine your head will be shrinking after the expansion for the ht and it was probably scabs separating slightly!!! No blood means no graft loss is imagine, try not to worry, I know it's very difficult not to!! Have u been spraying the area post op or wasn't that part of your pre op instructions?? Iv never heard of doing nothing to the recip area, usually u use a spray and or a cream/aloe Vera! Who was your dr?

Dry blood is completely normal!! As long as after 2 weeks these are removed that's fine it's very rare that within 7 days all crust are removed ! Follow your drs post op instructions though

Hi Don't squeeze them, there hairs trying to pop through use a hot/ warm flannel in them to draw them out! My post op instructions say don't squeeze them. It's normal to get them. Try not to pick any scabs just use your finger tips to massage in a circular motion using aloe Vera or a body lotion to remove, don't use your nails. Everyone gets these problems so it's normal and nothing to worry about.
