Will a course of testosterone affect transplanted hair? I am not using fina and had 1 transplant a few years ago.

Hi all, Had my surgery few days now, and ive been told to sleep upright for 2 weeks. Im just wondering how you all have done it, im sleeping with a travel pillow against my bed in almost 90 degrees, my back has started hurting and i think its the posture as im slacking my back etc when im sleeping, and now even when walking i have a slight forward head postion Also when using a travel pillow i feel its restricting the blood to the back of my head, its not a heavy travel pillow. Theres no proper guide or video on youtube apart from 1 video about unless ive missed it.

i have a appointment with the guys next week, anything i should know before hand guys? im looking for a partial system as i am receding from the front.

ok guys ive been wanting to ask this for ages but one thing that supports my looks is my hair style that ive worn for ages which is like tin tins, now im experiencing hair loss and this year has been the worst ive started fina 3 weeks ago and hoping thatll hold what i got but in the worst case scenario if they all fall out, would a ht 1 2 or 3 times just on the front be a silly thing? heres a pic of course id like it more filled and along the sides. is it possible?
