  1. Their was no attacking taking place i was stating facts as i have seen them rergarding dr fellers fue..when you show me 2000+ or even 1200+ graft fue cases, fue repairs(not strip like above pics with a few punch outs) i will say dr feller is amongst the best at fue because that is what you want readers to think ,i never said he doesnt produce nice hairlines etc..so their was no need to jump in a try to save the day..not to confuse my point i do think fellers fue is good for the small scale cases he does,if i wanted 2000 fue i wouldnt be going to feller because (A) i have never seen him do such a case (B) i would need to rob a bank. All of bad hair uk's grafts were awful, those grafts were camouflaged, maybe a few that were too low were punched out thats not a big deal you are kinda cluthching at straws a bit with that point. So i will take it the previous pics were of a strip patient who had a small amount of punchs out, that doesnt prove much regarding fue,it is however a very nice strip result the hairline looks great. Incorrect i would only leave shapiro bisanga feriduini do fue on me,maybe mwamba too. Agree to disagree it is,good discussion this was.
  2. I never seen that one it looks really good in fairness..i read some before where dr feller himself said he doesnt like recycling grafts as the grafts arent viable nor does he like taking grafts from anywhere but the back of the head for whatever reason he had something like it wasnt safe i forget but both these points are flawed and false..nearly all dr fellers fue results are small scale when compared to other docs who produce 2500+ fue regularly that was the point i was making..i have nothing against dr feller i like most of his work, but he is a strip doc first and foremost. Have you any more of these types of fue results from dr feller just to prove this patient is not a rarity?i have a feeling you do not have more like this. Must hand it to you, you are number one online bodyguard for any doc you are quick of the mark, good for you. Have you any donor area pics for that patient it looks like he had strip not fue i just noticed it now..?
  3. Richie all due respect you are a patient of feller so your opinion is biasis and their for worthless. If you want to see bisanga's feriduini's fue results go onto hairloss experiences or do a google search, unlike dr feller these docs do fue of more than just 1000 grafts or less, they punch out and recycle old mini grafts/plugs and remove offending grafts on the hairline big repairs etc..with respect to dr feller all he does is small scale fue and does not recycle/remove grafts,he does nothing other than just your basic grafting or camouflaging so there for these docs are on a different level of fue.
  4. Your gut feeling on bisanga is 1000% percent wrong,he is excellent at fue. I had fue at smg, with regards to the kinked hair thats completly out of the clinic/docs hands its a physiological thing,i had a bit of kinkyness up to 10 months,i am 15months post op now and my kinkyness is gone, kinked hair is extremely common with initial growth and it is temporary. Personally i feel charging $10 is taking advantage of patients,i know patients are free to choose who ever and a doc is free to charge whatever but that price is simply too much for a patient who feels dr feller is for him and then has no choice but to pay that ridiculous price.
  5. No way does he use concealer on the pitch,i dont see rooney after the game having his shower then looking in the mirror applying concealer infront of his team mates, then going out for post match interviews. He has some miniturused blond hairs on his vertex so he dyes his hair so his native hair is as darkly pigmented as his transplanted, its stupid to say he wears concealer on the pitch in all fairness..
  6. if your in the uk go to bisanga in brussels, cheaper flights, cheaper procedeur and better fue doc imo.
  7. feller will cost $4000 dollars for 400 fue anyone else thing thats above expensive and bordering on unethical?fue should cost $5-7 dollars not $10.
  8. well what more is their to say if a new poster wants to go have surgery with a reccomended doc?
  9. If someone asked about a reccomended doc here say dr wong for example the typical reply is 'excellent choice' which is 100% true but when a question is asked about a well known buthcher chain clinic no such definitive answer is giving so in this instance blkblk 'a flat out yes/no answer' as you put it is what should be given, unless libel damages are an issue here..
  10. I really like dr umars standard fue but for some of the aggresive harvesting above and in front of the ears i seen in some patients. When it comes to bht i personally think a norwood 6 or 7 non-repair patient with insufficent scalp donor is better of bald rather than have a head full of body hair.Beard hair is great for scarring only just my opinion. All in all dr umar gets a thumbs up from me just for his scarring repair and standard fue.
  11. Why cant the moderators just say dont go there and give their opinion on the clinic in question instead of beating around the bush trying to drop subtle hints.
  12. I never had a thick head of hair like yours not even when i was 12,get on with life keep an eye on things though and act with medication if need be in the future.. On a positive note if you do lose hair in yrs to come and you need a transplant if looks like you have good donor and characteristics so your golden when it comes to ht in future!
  13. And for those of you who see diffuse thinning..if any one wet their hair and spiked it up and take a pic top view down you will see scalp,i believe he has no diffuse thinning in video or pics.
  14. its only the liquid that irritates the scalp not the foam, did u try the foam aaron?
  15. Side effectss of propecia are very rare if you continue to lose hair in the future you will DEF have to take propecia,im not a fan of it thats why i put it off as long as i felt safe in doing so before roagaine started losing effectivness.. Where do you live,i would go see a hair restoration doc not a dermatologist.
  16. Second set of pics you look perfect, first pics harder to tell..go see a hair restoration doc not a regular doc to be sure,i dont think you are losing hair i think its the lenght of your hair keeping your crown well parted and the type of crown you have, this is just my opinion, here's what i went through.. Im 26 now my crown was thinning slightly at 20 so i used 5% rogaine foam and it has worked a treat ever since, IF you are thining in the crown i would try rogaine on its own first try to lay of the propecia unless rogaine doesnt work after 6-9 months and since the rest of you hair is good i presume their is really no need to jump onto propecia now if rogaine can do the job for even a few yrs its a few yrs you wont have to take proecia and thats a good thing,i started propecia this yr .5mg 3 times as a week as like an insurance policy for the rogaine because rogaine is not as strong as propecia even though roagine was/is still working for me 100%.
  17. lorenzo you make me laugh, you comment on other people promoting other docs yet your meant to assist h&w in translation only but your forever promoting and always first one to comment if even the slightest negative coment is made about h&w,your their online bodyguard and you judge others then.
  18. zayne you should get fue, this forum is extremely pro strip so its important you know that..for fue you will need to shave your donor and its a great idea to shave your entire head so all your head donor and transplanted area included will all be the same lenght post op. Fue healing time is like a week to ten days its nothing a WAY less invasive than strip and you can still buzz you hair afterwards so for minimal loss and your first surgery you should get fue imo. Rahal shapiro bisanga feiriduini are the best for fue.
  19. All rahals results look amazing but all these guys seem to have great donor to be able to get such low dense hairlines, would like to see what he could do on high norwoods with average or bad donor density etc.
  20. harri i think a revision is always the way to go first, laxity depending of course, bullitnuts story is proof..huge scars pre op now averaging 2.5mm wide post op revision..
