Had a look at the website and the results do look ok in fairness the videos are honesty with no deception but i also noticed they use that stupid implanter thing like the choi one and the one those useless ****ers from greece use.

Even if rooneys results are good doesnt mean yours will,i think the harley st clinic is a bit like armani's clinic in that celebs like gordon ramsey will get top treatment and the average joe wont..i could be completly wrong just a notion i have.

Too risky getting this done when hair may not be permanent i do think it would complement a ht tho.

Looking good aaron..your donor seems pretty dense,could i ask your reasoning for not getting fue?,you would have got 1999 fue no prob..reason im asking is im interested in people opinions on why they personally prefere strip to fue,i know the general opinion on yields etc but a personal opinion interests me as i said,cheers

For shaved head strip scars i think it would help alot but when hair starts to grow the missing hair will most def still be a problem..i am looking into his hair clinic for treatment on fue scarring,i think smp is best suited to fue scarring,what do people think?

Listen to the advice you are being given..i too made a mistake at 21 and i had to fly to america 3 times for repair and thousands of dollars spent..its better to have no hair than a fake crappy ht trust me,il go as far to say if your bf gets this ht in perth yer wedding will be cancelled he will look worse than he does now-i wouldnt leave my house after i had a bad ht how the hell will your bf go to his own wedding? 2000 might seem like a waste of money but it will probably cost you 5+ times that when he has to go to north america for repair..only go to belgium or north america for a ht save up money do what ever you have to do to afford to get the best job done you possibly can this is an investment for life. You have been warned.

Coversetter def has a prob with feller,spex is not a salesman and you are very annoying coversetter! The work feller did was very good but ive a question for spex,does the flash in the pictures give a true representation of what the hair really looks like?reason im asking is i take photos of my hair alot mainly my donor as i have white dotting and with a flash my donor looks good but with no flash in daylight it doesnt look good and a bit patchy..

I bet a normal everyday person would get a ht terrible of armani,but...........a celeb would get a top job,gordon ramsey will look great i guarantee. Armani is def one to avoid,the lawsuits and the way he goes about things is sickening not mention the strings he pulls on hairsite,its the only forum where that ejit pats posts.

i think aman needs to take new photos to clear this up,i was leaning one way now the other a bit,the before and after photo's are misleading with angles lighting..aman when you read this could you take photos to match your pre op whether its indoor or out,angles and lighting etc..

Whats weird is the before photo taken by h&w in the comparison thread that aman started-aman looks to have more hair in that photo than the before shot above uploaded by hairhere,any one else see this???

thats quiet a diffence in those two photos to be fair,the other comparison photos didnt show that growth for some reason

i want amans result to be good ?$%^ you for suggesting otherwise lorenzo,all im doing is not getting his hopes up in the event he is let down at 12months because everyone is saying only positive things regarding his situation when i think at nearly 7 months its not looking good,i 1000% percent hope im wrong!!! And to clarify lorenzos statement i have not posted all negative posts on this forum,i have posted on 2 recent threads thats all ones where i feel i can help,dont see the point in commenting on good results as they speak for themselves and dont need help and advice.

Hairthere you are correct in saying you werent happy at 6 months only a small percentage are so thats ok but aman has had 6000 thousand grafts not 1500 or 2000 a whopping 6000 now surely more growth should be evident considering he is one week off 7 months post op,seriously guys a bit of realism wouldnt go a stray,no one wants to be an asshole to aman but is it really in his best interests for everyone being overly optimistic its obvious things are looking bad,as far as im aware nearly all grafts should have broken through the skin by the 10th month mark and its thickening and maturing their after...i dont see 5000 grafts breaking through in the next 3 months for aman its unheard of after 7 months of poor growth

Lorenzo in your opinion do these patients that have 20% growth at 6 months do they end up with a similiar result to those with 80% growth at 6 months when they reach the 1 year mark or even 1.5 years post op? In my opinion...no way!!

i know dr bisanga charges 5euro per regular fue so im presuming its the same per fue punch out?its not expensive,id keep punching out and use the laser to finish everything off

Who punched out your grafts?i think its safe to punch out upto 200 by the size of the area 100 each side anything thats left or has grown back laser them,i had 250 grafts punched out over two sessions by smg and they lasered the area on two occasions also,what did grow back after all that work were a small few fine less pigminted hairs that are not an issue,i suggest this route.

6-7months is not just the begining or starting point thats ridiculous its not half way either its probably closer to 2/3rd's of the way there,not trying to be pesimistic but its the truth,the side by side comparisons show some growth but not much in fairness to think 5000 grafts were planted thats fact,i do think things will get better for sure but your not going to get what you were hoping for aman imo but you will def improve..maybe prepare for the worst and everything after is a bonus. I think at times its better to tell people the truth instead of sugar coating things,how many people can honestly say they would be happy at this stage?i know i wouldnt,just for the record this is not bashing h&w in any way,i think they are really great. I wish you the best and i hope i am 100% wrong in what i said i really do.
