  1. That's what I've been thinking when everybody keeps telling me I have 60% more hair to come - where am I going to fit in the 60% more hair ?
  2. paris_caine, I have posted 3 more photos that I took outside today, so these are just short of 5?? months. I hope these pictures are clear enough for you.
  3. Thanks Pat, I'll create a weblog soon. PB
  4. Excellent work/results! How long since the first HT?
  5. You are right, the 5 month picture isn't very good... I'll have some photos taken outside to see if I can get a clearer picture and post them this week/weekend. I took the 5 month picture myself, inside. My wife took the other pictures and she had to take about 50 shots to get one half decent picture.
  6. No offence intended to you Jagdish, but after seeing your HT by "Dr" Reddy, I definately wouldn't be interested in buying any Dr. Reddy products - he should be put out of business
  7. Now that you posted that second picture, I can see why you are thinking about a HT! That second pic looks a lot different to the first one taken face-on. Looks like you need the whole front of your head doing - it looks like the hair there is left on the front half of your head won't be around for long I think your going to require a fairly large session - 3000+
  8. Do you have trouble with young women hitting on you all the time now that you've got all that hair?
  9. Where are you going to fit the hair in ?? In the center of your forehead??
  10. I would also say that Jupiter23's hair looks very natural - I don't see how anyone could think that is was a bad or obvious HT unless he meant at the time Jupiter23 was leaving the clinic immediately after the second HT with a bandage on his head
  11. That looks pretty bald for a 22 year old What does your hair look like when it's dry?
  12. I would seriously be interested in being able to see the clinic and at least see you, for example, on the day of the procedure immediately before and after at the clinic. If there really is a clinic so near to where I live that can do as good a job as the top US docs, I'm definately interested. I wan't to be able to see the results in person though, I don't trust the before and after pictures. I'd also be interested in seeing the equipment they have and finding more out about the staff. I've seen some terrible butcherings from UK HT clinics and don't have much faith in the European clinics. I'm always ready to check a place out if there is a possibility that a European clinic could be as good as the top US ones. Jag bor i Finland
  13. Yes, definately! I would ask to be able to meet some of the patients in person too. Preferably meet a patient just before the operation and then immediately post-op... If they don't have anything to hide, it shouldn't be a problem. I went to a local clinic and they showed me pictures of all their fantastic results, but when I asked about the possibility of meeting a patient they came up with all sorts of excuses and I never got to see one. I'd be interested to hear how it goes - I'm not so far away from Stockholm myself and I need some crown work doing... Ask if I can come and watch your HT and write up a report about the clinic to post here (if someone is watching he will be anxious to do the best possible work ). Bor du i Sverige?
  14. Well it doesn't say so actually... sorry . Looks like what I said doesn't apply to this clinic. This doc appears to do HTs in Belgium and other countries too to keep himself busy doing HTs only.
  15. Exactly! This is a major warning sign and very common in Europe where there aren't enough HT customers for clinics to specialize in HTs only (and I'm from Europe so I'm not just saying that because I'm biased). You don't want wannabe HT docs practicing on your head!
  16. 1000 - 1300 will only get you a hairline I had 2700 in the front 1/3 only. 1000 - 1300 really isn't worth going through the suffering of a HT for. I think johnnie69's estimate of 3000+ is what you should be going for... (and that would only be for starters) I hope you aren't considering getting a HT in Ireland ?? (I assume it is in Ireland if he recommended 1000 - 1300 on a NW6 - it means he doesn't have the resources or skill required to do a larger session). It sounds like you are about to make a BIG mistake. Cancel that May appointment before you ruin your life and get yourself booked in with one of the top US docs - I had mine done in the US and I'm from Europe. Most guys that get HTs in Europe end up going to the US to have corrective surgery anyway so save yourself the suffering, disappointment and expense. I got mine done in New York (Dr Feller) - flying over to New York is very convenient - especially from Ireland - just one flight and you're there and no more traveling inside the US required. Check the forums, there are plenty of horror stories about UK HTs - lives have been ruined - take this warning seriously before it's too late. US HT technology and surgeon skill/experience is 10 - 15 years ahead of European.
  17. I was advised to keep my recipient area out of the sun for 6 months... Not a problem for me seeing as I had my HT in mid November and I'm in an area with long Winters.
