  1. Well, I'm no veteran here but it seems that many of them suggest that a frontal 2/3 would be best for a first surgery for someone your age. You're young and your crown could get larger, so it would be best to frame your face and have some density in the front (something I could use myself right now). But you have thinning over most the top of your head, so look at surgeons who specialize in larger sessions.

  2. I had a consult with Dr. Konior. He was extremely thorough and upfront. He spent about 45 minutes with me and went through a number of different scenarios.

Tom quoted me a price but it wasn't a sales pice, just an estimate. I think the clinic is high class and certainly top tier. Definitely my biggest mistake was not having my first transplant with Dr. Konior.

I will say that I have seen a few really great pics of Dr. Keller's work. But Dr. Konior just keeps putting out one great result after another.

  3. Yeah, Emp. I hear what you are saying. I think I look better too now than before I did surgery but it no where resembles what I expected. And I thought I had reasonable expectations at the time. Just hope that after the 2nd round I will be much more satisfied.

Thanks Speegs. I am still hoping for some kind of coverage in the crown. Nothing high in density, just some hairs there and not slick bald.

My goal is ultimately to get off the concealers in the front and use them solely for the crown.
