    • 6 month update: I let my hair grow out this last month for the first time and ended up gettin a trim on the sides and back a couple of days ago. So far so good. I am hoping density will improve in the next 6 months.  A couple of notes… I noticed that my transplanted hair grows vertically. The photos  give the appearance that I have spiked my hair, however that is simply the way it grows out. I recall reading somewhere that growth initially starts that way and eventually the hair transitions to, for lack of a better term, “sitting down”. My donor area is still looking rather poor. I was expecting better recovery since I do not believe I was over-harvested.  I took a photo highlighting the gap between my native hair and transplanted hair on the left side of my head. I am concerned that gap will remain and I will have to style my hair to disguise it.  Most of these photos are in the same exact lighting as my previous updates, however I took another photo outside to display the density thus far.
    • Xyon is the site sponsor, and although the mods try to appear unbiased they do a poor job of it. Xyon puts money in their pockets and they are puppets. The only person on this forum documenting success with xyon dut is a mod. Apart from them, maybe 1 other person on this forum had some success, maybe? its like the #1 recc for anyone who has sides from fin on this site I am not on fin. I took it for a year at age 27. I only noticed sides when I ejaculated (decreased force, volume, satisfaction) or had sex (ED). Eventually had to go on ED drugs. During the year I did not see any improvement in my hairloss. I was not gaining anything from it so i quit. It took years for me to return to more natural function, but i still feel lingering effects of it like decreased ejaculation and force. so i am a believer in long term side effects.  I tried it again via topical fin a decade later, and with a few application would have headaches, and testicular pain. Also tried other anti-androgens that also had sexual side effects. Dut and cb-301 beings the worst side effects of them all. I think a lot guys have side effects with fin but do not want to talk about it be it embarrassment, and also because the people using fin without sides  on different forums including the moderators here  like to project this lie thats sexual side effects from a known anti-androgen drug is "nocebo" or "all in your head", which is utter rubbish. It makes people think thats theres something wrong with them, when its just a drug messing with their reproductive organs. Topical fin will not help you. many have tried to play that game and ultimately failed with it.  it may takes days, week, or even months, but the sides always come back Fin is just not in your regimen anymore.
    • It was Dr. Jones in Toronto and I believe he was the first surgeon in North America to perform FUE…Dr. Feller subsequently fulfilled an apprenticeship under Dr. Jones….Dr. C*le “observed” FUE under the so-called “grandfather of FUE” who’s clinic is based in Australia…In my honest opinion I personally believe that more surgeons would have been willing to apprentice under the surgeon in Australia however I heard he wanted an advance upfront fee of $100,000 paid in full…I was told that a number of times and I was VP of Operations of Dr. C*les clinic including international management of the Cypress clinic…Dr. C*le subsequently decided to market his own variation of FUE as an attempt to set himself apart from other FUE practitioners worldwide, especially in America…but let’s face it, FUE and the other marketed labels are simply “isolated extraction techniques or methods” of harvesting hair for the purpose of transplantation…finally, what many people are not aware of is that Dr. Paul Rose of Tampa made significant clinical contributions in FUE instrumentation and was the surgeon who developed and refined many of the punches incorporating “dermal depth analysis” to greatly minimize transection rates of FUE…Dr. Rose also worked at Dr. C*les clinic when I worked there and he did outstanding work…keep in mind that 99.99% of HT procedures at that time were still FUHT as FUE was in its infancy in America.🇺🇸
