He wanted his hair restored. FUT was done and 2,470 grafts (830 one-hair grafts, 234 one long and one short-hair grafts, 985 two-hair grafts, 421 three-hair grafts) were transplanted at the front toward the midscalp. The patient is maintained on oral minoxidil 5mg daily. Below are photos from before and 3 years after the procedure.
