43 year old white male with receding frontotemporal hairline toward mid-scalp and diffuse thinning at the crown, who wanted only his hairline restored. The hair is coarse, dark brown and wavy, and with good donor density. A total of 1,622 grafts were transplanted to restore the hairline; 1 hair:180 hairs, 2 hairs:530 hairs, 3 hairs:748 hairs, 4 hairs:164 hairs. He came back to my office after 8 years. His hair still looks good and very satisfied with the result. He is maintained on Finasteride 1mg daily.

Hair transplant surgery performed by Dr. Pathomvanich @dhtclinic_dht PU is a 65 year old Caucasian male with extensive hair loss from the front toward the crown and wanted his hair restored. His hair is fine, straight, dark brown to gray with good density and good scalp laxity. He underwent two hair transplant sessions, spaced three years apart. For the first session, 3,288 grafts were harvested by FUT transplanted from the hairline toward the midscalp. A combination of FUT and FUE was done on the second session, with 3,384 grafts planted to add density at the front and on the crown. Below are before and 11 months after the second session with good result. A third session done a month ago was a combination of FUT and FUE from the scalp and from the beard, with 3,131 grafts planted at the midscalp to the crown to add density. A total of 9,131 grafts across three sessions were transplanted. 41-year-old white male with receding hairline and diffuse thinning hair from the front toward the crown. He want it to restore in stages. Hair is coarse, grey, wavy with good density and scalp laxity. His first session was done 9 years ago with FUT 3,658 grafts; the grafts were placed from the front toward the mid-scalp (1 hair: 384grafts, 2 hairs:2,818 grafts, 3 hairs:456 grafts). He was very happy and continued the second session 1.2 years ago. For the second session, a combination of FUT and FUE with 3,665 grafts was done with FUT 2,350 grafts and FUE 1,315 grafts (1 hair:720 grafts, 2hairs: 2,257 grafts, 3 hairs:663 grafts, 4hairs: 25 graft). The grafts were placed to fill the crown and to lower the hairline as he wished. Attached are first session pre-operative photos and 1.2 years after second session photos. The patient was very satisfied with the results.

50-year-old white male with androgenetic alopecia, Norwood-Hamilton class VI. He had his first hair transplant 14 years ago about 4165 grafts via FUT(We don't have the pre-op photos of the first session), placed from front to the top. He had a 2nd hair transplant 5 years ago at the front with 2320 grafts via FUT again. Last year (2022), the patient visited the clinic for a 3rd hair transplant, this time for the crown. I did a combination of FUT and FUE from the beard, with a total of 3000 grafts for this 3rd transplant. From FUT, 1,883 grafts were harvested: 1-hair-graft: 414, 1 1/2 hair-grafts: 368, 2-hair-grafts: 775, 3-hair-grafts: 228, and miniaturized hairs: 98. From the beard, 1,117 grafts were harvested: 1-hair-grafts: 1,078, miniaturized hairs: 39. **The pre-op photos attached are before his 2nd transplant and post-op photos were taken 1 year and 2 months after the 3rd transplant. Patient is happy with the results and has been taking oral minoxidil 5 mg tab once a day to maintain his hair and prevent further progression.

Patient is a 25-year old white male who has receding hairline and temples and wants it restored. FUT was done based on patient preference to save grafts for the future; total number of grafts was 2,180 grafts (1 -hair graft: 436 grafts, 2-hair grafts: 1,368 grafts, 3-hair grafts: 376 grafts). After surgery, he took oral minoxidil and finasteride with big improvement. Post-op photos were taken 2 years after surgery. Patient is happy with the results and will come back for transplant for the crown in the future.

Patient is a 24-year-old Asian male with an M-shaped receding hairline, more evident at the right side and wants it restored. He has wavy, coarse, black hair and average donor density. Patient underwent FUE with total of 2,120 grafts (1 hair = 200 grafts, 1 1/2 hair = 231 grafts, 2-hair = 1,267 grafts, 3-hair = 422 grafts) and was advised to take oral minoxidil and finasteride to maintain his hair post-op. Attached are his preoperative photos and photos 5 months after surgery. He is happy with the results.

Patient is a 32-year-old Asian male with receding hairline and diffuse thinning hair from front to the crown. He has average donor density and black coarse hair. The patient wants to transplant only at the front due to limited budget and preferred FUT to preserve his hair for the future. Strip was harvested at the safe zone and the grafts were placed at the front, with a total of 2,240 grafts (1-hair graft: 400, 1 1/2 -hair graft: 277, 2-hair graft: 1,242, 3-hair graft: 321). Photos show his hair before surgery and 1 year and 5 months after. Patient was taking oral finasteride and oral minoxidil post op and is happy with the outcome.

Patient is a 43-year-old Asian male with receding hairline and diffuse thinning hair from the front to the crown and wants it restored. The recipient area measured 95 cm2; hair is coarse, black with good density and good scalp laxity. The patient is worried about diffuse thinning hair at the donor area from FUE and wants to get some grafts from the beard; hence combination of FUT and FUE from both scalp and beard were done. FUT 2,451 grafts was done (1-hair: 888 grafts, 1 1/2 hair grafts: 480, 2-hair: 1,635 grafts, 3-hair grafts: 283). 835 grafts from the scalp and 217 grafts from the beard (below jawline) were harvested via FUE. Attached are pre-operative photos and photos at 5 months post-op. The patient is happy with the results.

I have reviewed the cases of Dr. Ahmad. They all look good, natural, good density, except there's one repair case with pending result. I highly recommend him to be a coalition member of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians.

Patient is a 40-year-old Asian male with receding hairline and deep temples and wants to have it restored with a round fronto-temporal angle. His hair is straight, coarse and black with average density of 68 follicular units/cm2. FUE was done and a total of 1,910 grafts were placed (1 hair graft= 425, 1 long and 1 short-hair grafts = 43, 2-hair grafts= 1,200, 3-hair grafts = 242), equivalent to 3,594 hairs. The hair grafts were placed at the hairline and both temples. The photos attached are before and 6 months after surgery. He is happy with the result.
