Senior Member L0ke Posted April 3 Senior Member Share Posted April 3 FUE performed on our patient (42) with • NW III vertex, Class N • Donor density of 76 FU/cmÇ occipital, 80 FU/cmÇ parietal, 80 FU/cmÇ temporal • Hair diameter of ~ 56 - 60 microns Treatment plan Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and crown area. Performed procedure FUE (November 9, 2020) Follicular Unit Extraction with 3883 FU: * 250 single hair FU * 1626 double hair FU * 1692 triple hair FU * 315 quadruple hair FU HGI: 2,5 Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 1,0 mm). Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0,90 mm serrated trumpet punch. Partial microscopic preparation of the single follicular unit grafts.
