Which method would be better DHI or FUE? It is safer and recommended to split bigger sessions into two days (4000-5000 grafts on one day have a high chance of overharvesting). DHI or FUE doesn't matter. Only difference is the implantation (DHI Pen) of the grafts. Extraction and incision are the same for both methods.
